This villa with pool for rent is located in the area of Baia Santa Reparata, about 3 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, the northernmost town of Sardinia.

From the veranda that overlooks the pool, you can enjoy a splendid sea view, which is appreciated even more while sipping a refreshing drink during sunset. A great and comfortable Sardinia villa rental solution.

Electricity and water consumption should be paid separately since they are not included in the rent.

The villa consists of 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 verandas. There is a large private pool, a barbecue, air conditioning and all comforts.

The beach of Baia Santa Reparata is only 450 meters away and it can be reached after a walk. It is characterized by cliffs and seabeds with colors ranging from blue to green that make Baia Santa Reparata an ideal spot for those who love diving.
From Santa Teresa di Gallura it is possible to reach and visit the famous La Maddalena Archipelago by boat, an experience that we recommend everyone to do to admire the wonders that the islands of the archipelago can offer.
Small shops, night clubs, cafes, restaurants and evening stalls populate the historic center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, which in summer comes to live with its events and entertainments.

The location is amazing, on a hill enough to allow a Wonderfull view ( fantastic sun sets ), but also just 10min to the sea shore. the village is quiet, was not crowded, and in the surroundings ( by car, but close), opportunities for eating out, shopping, site seeing, other ( the host from the Agency also of great help with info and support). House has a Wonderfull pool in a nice garden, and 5 correct double rooms with 5 bathrooms ensuite. The expected level of finishing and care for detail for a house at this level was below expectations air-co in one room did not work, and in spite of several tries to repair, not successful, no umbrellas at the pool or terrace ( eventually we received 1 - not really enough), many lights not working ( eventually some were repaired), lights in the garden ( those the were working), where on and off at very strange hours, pool shower damaged , window shades not in good shape, gardener coming ad-hoc and working in the garden bits and pieces - including Sunday evening... so a petty for such a place not to be taken care off. We enjoyed the location, the landscape, the walks, swims, rock climbing and all different beaches in the surroundings, but would not return to this house in these conditions.

What a great service!! From booking throigh scheduling details of our stay, and finally meeting our lovely host Rina - we couldn't ask for a better service. And, of course, the villa was just what we needed. It was prepared for all our stay, fit with all necessary amenities to welcome group of 10. And believe me, it's not that easy. The views from the villa and massive pool were the cherry on the top. I can highly recommend!

Wir haben in der Villa einen fantastischen Urlaub mit unserer Familie verbracht. Das Haus liegt ideal in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem gepflegten Innenhof mit Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Villa selbst ist komfortabel und geräumig. Es hat alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts brauchen können! Die Restaurants, Geschäfte und anderen Strände sind ganz in der Nähe und mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Die Rezeption half uns freundlicherweise, die besten Orte zu finden, an die wir gehen konnten. Empfohlen.

We had a faboulus time in Villa Santa Teresa. Beautiful and secluded with gorgeous sea view, stunning pool, garden area and beach on foot. We especially liked the use of the barbeque for fantastic evenings on the patio area. Very close to Santa Teresa with many restaurants and great ice cream! Lovely surrounding area, you are spoiled for choice. The staff was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for the great holiday!
