Located on a 500 ft stretch of Scenic Hwy 30A, the gated community of Hidden Lake Condominium offers 45 dwelling units, a modern swimming pool, and a gym. This brand-new development is right across from Goatfeather's Seafood Restaurant and an easy walk to beach access. Rent some bikes and enjoy a pleasant bike ride along the nearby Scenic Highway 30A bike path.

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect condo for our family of 4 (Children ages 7/9) at our favorite beach! Having the bikes included was so fun for bike rides to nearby beach access and dining options! We rented bikes for our children right across the street. Will return!

Very new and comfortable. Walking distance to beach is fine and convenient to restaurants. Smaller than photo suggests but fine. Kitchen is Nice but not well equipped. Unlike most rental units this has very comfortable beds and decent sheets. Overall recommended

Great condo! Would recommend!

Property was VERY clean and comfortable and the amenities were were all well kept. Beach access is conveniently close! We had an issue with the clothes dryer, but they had a guy come fix it within a few hours. It was an absolute pleasure working with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals. I will definitely be renting through them again. You will not be disappointed in the unit 114 condo at Hidden Lakes. What a great place! :)

Tight Fit

This unit is not very accommodating for a larger family contrary to the description and pictures. Perfect for a couple with maybe one or two children. It is overpriced, neat, but not very clean. There was dust above the shower door and under the beds, no broom to aid in maintaining the unit while there, and outdated shower heads making beach cleanup a bit more difficult.. especially with little ones. Would not book again

Nice clean condo, perfect location

This was our first time to Santa Rosa beach. The condo was very clean and just the right size for a family of four. It is a short walk to the beach and the bike rentals are right across the street.

Great condo. Clean and updated. The complex was clean. The gym had a variety of work out equipment.
