The space

Welcome to "Feelin' Tip'Sea!"

This peaceful beach home is designed for ultimate relaxation with everything you need for the perfect vacation!

From a heated private pool, to top-of-the-line appliances, a private built in desk/work space, 3rd floor lookout tower with Gulf views, second floor wrap around balcony with a ping pong table, to the gorgeous coastal decor and front porch perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus 4 complimentary top-of-the-line bikes and board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There is also 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use as well as corn hole to play in the yard!

This GORGEOUS home is situated in the Park District of the WaterColor community, making for easy and quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)!

The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area with doors that open on to the porch. Also located upstairs is the master bedroom which features a king sized bed and an attached private bath. Sit and enjoy the Florida breezes while relaxing on one of the covered porches or cruise over to Seaside for more eating, shopping and entertainment!

-Private pool with built in sun shelf + umbrella, great for smaller kids! The pool can be heated October 1 - April 30 upon advance request

-4 bikes provided (no additional cost!)

-There is parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, per the WaterColor HOA. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

There is also a crib, a pack and play, infant seating and feeding chair, and numerous step stools to assist toddlers in using the bathrooms.

Guest access

WaterColor was named the #1 family vacation destination in the US, and was also recently on the cover of Southern Living magazine! WaterColor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods on all of 30A! This charming neighborhood of the 'Emerald Coast' along the Gulf of Mexico is known for its white sand beaches and Caribbean-like waters, casual-Southern vibe, beautiful coastal dunes, great water-front dining options, and friendly people. It is a 500 acre community with award winning tennis facilities, and acres of parks + gardens + fountains + pathways throughout!

Conveniently located right next to the town center of Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, this neighborhood of charming coastal homes and mature tree-shaded streets is the place to be!

Nestled in WaterColor's residential area, the WaterColor BoatHouse sits on the Western Lake, a coastal dune lake, and is where you go for water adventure rentals and experiences of all types! Rent kayaks, SUP boards, canoes and more! They have lesson, tours, workout classes and fun experiences for all ages!

WaterColor is such a beautiful community, and there are so many ways you can explore! Walking, biking (4 adult bikes are provided at the house), paddle boarding and kayaking. (can be rented from the BoatHouse which is just a short walk!).

If you need more than the 4 bikes provided, the WaterColor Bike Barn, located next to the BoatHouse, is a convenient walk to pick up a bike and spend the rest of your day exploring the area's extensive woodland trail system. There are miles of scenic nature trails through preserved state park forests and around the area's coastal dune lakes. If you prefer sticking to the pavement, pedal through WaterColor's residential lanes and enjoy the shaded roads. Stop for a glass of wine at The Wine Bar around the corner, then continue your tour taking in the gorgeously-designed homes of this exclusive waterfront enclave.

There are lots of LSVs/golf carts in the area since they are street legal on the majority of Highway 30A!

Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past Grayton Beach to the west or Seagrove to the east. Any issues caused by LSV/golf cart battery dying will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.

Great location. Walking distance to the town shops and beach walkover. The trolley app was awesome for point to point rides to camp watercolor, tennis or other community pools. Walking distance to Seaside. We rode the provided bikes and swam in the house pool everyday. Lots of beach towels and beach gear provided. Communication was a breeze with the house manager available via text and very responsive. Would definitely rent from this company again.

A Location

Location is unbeatable, with easy access to all that both Seaside and Watercolor have to offer. 5-10 min walk into Seaside, yet you still get access to all of the Watercolor amenities. Quiet, shady street. We stayed as 6 adults and 5 kids/babies and all fit very comfortably. Great house with lots of amenities, like access to the golf cart (makes it very easy to zip over to the grocery store, for instance). Comfortable furniture and beds. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We loved our stay in Watercolor! Everything was so convenient - just a short walk or bike ride to anywhere you could want to go in Watercolor and in Seaside. The pool at the house was perfect for the rainy/cloudy days because it was heated and worked out perfectly for the kids. We would stay again!

Great location for both Seaside and Watercolor.

Loved the location, the enormous patios, included cart and bikes. The ability to heat the pool in the cooler months is another differentiator. Hard to go wrong with this place.

Wonderfully located beach house

We had 8 adults and 2 kids. House not crowded at all. Plenty of inside and outside seating. Golf cart made getting around in the community very easy. Beach club was an easy walk. House was exactly as expected. We plan on returning.

Great Watercolor Stay

Our family really enjoyed our time at this home. This was the best location of any of our Watercolor stays so far - a quick, 5 minute walk to the beach or beach club pool, and a short golf cart drive from the camp watercolor pool and seaside. There was more than enough space for us all, and the heated pool truly made the trip. One note - the grill did not work, even after maintenance came to take a look. We just barely got the burgers cooked, but luckily they finally did more or less.

Fun & relaxing beach trip

Beautiful house with a very close walk to the beach and great amenities. We had a maintenance issue but the property manager was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Paradise

Our stay here was an absolute dream. From the moment we pulled up to the moment we left, everything was perfect. This house is much bigger than what you see in pictures. The pool was wonderful and very warm, the weather was in the low 60s at 50s at night and we swam everyday and every night. The neighborhood is gorgeous. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for this dream come true vaca!
