Nice house

House was nice and clean. Easy to walk or drive a golf cart to anywhere you want to go. Easy walk to the beach. There was no coffee. The trash bins outside were full and stinky when we arrived. We were there a week and the trash was never picked up. I messaged the manager to see if we needed to set it in the street for pick up and they didn’t answer. When we left there was no room to put our trash. Overall though I would stay again!

So so

The check in process was seriously frustrating. The owner waited until just before our trip to notify me of a liability waiver that needed to be signed, but never got it to me, and would not give us the access code after a 12Hour drive. The waiver should have been sent in the week leading up to the trip with multiple reminders. There were no instructions with the house, such as where to find the beach and where to access it. The house was seriously lacking with only 2 trash bags for an entire week in a house that holds lotsOf people, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 paper towels, about 4 dish soap pods, and a coupleOf bottles of half full hand soap in the entire house. I had to go to the store to purchase all of these things and ran out during the week again. This seemed very unfair given the price of the house. It is right next to seaside with none of the seaside property benefits. Would not stay here again.

Beware: do not stay at Casa Blanca

My family and I stayed at Casa Blanca for the 2nd time in August 2024. Marie had already offered me a 10% discount because I was a return customer, but advised that it would be given after our stay. The A/C upstairs was out when we arrived. Marie and I settled on an amount for reimbursement because of the inconvenience and part of my family having to stay somewhere else. Upon returning home, she will not answer my call or text. I would NOT recommend staying at this house. Dryer was also broke.

Seaside House

Overall, the stay was ok. There was zero wifi or tv connection the entire stay (two of us were working part-time during this trip) and little was done to rectify the situation. It took the property manager many hours to respond to emails and texts if they even responded at all. It's too bad, because this house and location were very nice. Would not stay at this property again for this reason.

Our family raging 10 months to 60+ had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. The house was a couple blocks from beach. Lots of room in the house with no problems. A great time to relax and enjoy family time.

Casa blanca is a slice of Heaven!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marie’s place. She was so accommodating and responsive to our specific needs. We had more than enough towels for a girls trip and the house was beautiful and clean. Location could not be more perfect. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Blanca for Spring Break 23. Marie was incredibly kind and communicative. The house was extremely clean and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect. We were a short walk to the beach. So close we could come back to the house for lunch. We were within walking distance to Seaside as well. We didn’t have a golf cart and it was not missed due to the close proximity. The pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. There was ample seating in the house and a plethora of TV’s. This is a property was simply amazing and I would book it again.

The location of this property is great. When we arrived the pool was a little green but Monday someone came to clean it. The amount of space and rooms is awesome. The floors in the kitchen were coming up a little and it hurt to walk barefoot on. Other than this the property was very nice and enjoyable.

Easter visit

Perfect location. Walkable to Seaside and beach. Bikes were fun and most of them worked. Outside porch and pool were perfect for small children. We wish there had been tv instructions, but we don’t watch much tv. We had a fun fire to roast marshmallows . It was a log of fun!

Awesome location!

We had a great time! The house is located just blocks from the beach! The only issue we had was that the dipping pool was really dirty but they had recently had a storm and Marie ended up getting a pool guy out to clean it! We would definitely go back and Marie was great!

Great trip to Seagrove!

The home was decorated very nicely, was perfectly clean and had a well thought out design with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a great neighborhood and a very short walk to the public beach access. Definitely would recommend it.

Great House and Loacation

Had a wonderful time, house was very nice and well cared for. The immediate outside surrounding area is prone to a lot of dust due to the unpaved roads so expect it. The location proximity to the beach is great even with a 3 and 5 year old. Seaside center is an easy stroll by foot. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and toys for the kids, no need to bring them with you. Enjoyed riding the bikes that came with the property every morning. Enjoyed our stay, family of 8 adults and two young ones was very comfortable in this house, great family vacation home with lots of room. Will most likely return in the future.

Amazing property, awesome location

Spent 5 days with five childhood friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Everything was perfection. Maria is incredibly accessible and attentive. The property is beautiful, full of attention to details. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, all the extra special touches of home. The outdoor space was wonderful for gathering as well as the living room. The bikes and beach chairs were an appreciated extra. Walking to Seaside and the beach are effortless. I have stayed at many properties in this area and this is a fan favorite for sure.

The property was great for our crew. Great Location with easy, close access to a beach that was not too crowded, and a few blocks from the Market St Cafe which was perfect for easy, delicious food. Marie was extremely helpful in answering back any questions and concerns with expediency.

Seagrove

The house in Seagrove was great for us and our teenagers. Very close walk to the beach and to Seaside. Nice pool area at the house and plenty of space. Kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
