  • REUNION JUNTO AL MAR en Seagrove Beach es el lugar perfecto para pasar sus vacaciones con un grupo grande o se reúnen aquí para una reunión familiar.
    Esta casa se encuentra al sur de 30A (Gulfside - hay calle que cruzar para llegar a la playa), y es sólo un corto paseo de 10 minutos en una calle tranquila y plana antes de que sus dedos golpean el, arena blanca prístina!
    Mar Reunion cuenta con diez habitaciones, ocho baños completos y dos medios baños. Hay siete habitaciones con camas tamaño King, y 4 de ellos son Master Suites!
    Una característica única de esta casa es que hay dos lados, este y oeste, con 2,500 pies cuadrados a cada lado. Cada lado tiene su propia cocina completamente amueblada, amplia área de reunión, lavadora y secadora, balcón exterior y una gran mesa de comedor. Los huéspedes pueden fluir fácilmente entre las dos partes para las comidas y los juegos, pero las puertas de conexión pueden estar cerradas cuando sea necesario para la privacidad, o si algunas personas tienen acostarse más temprano que otros.

We had a great stay! We loved the house and it had everything we needed for a large group. The two kitchens were so nice when cooking dinners. And Christie was so great with communication and easy to work with! We hope to come back!

Christie was an exceptionally wonderful host! She was quick to respond when I had questions, and she was a tremendous help if we needed anything. Her place is lovely, perfect for large groups and all of the beds comfy and accommodating. Will stay at this place again if the opportunity arises!

4 generations of my family enjoyed our stay at Seaside Reunion. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very thorough in her instructions. We spent a ton of time in the private pool. Great memories were made.

Nice large house that accommodated all 30 people in our group. The pool/deck area was a good size too for all of us to hang out together. Two kitchens and eating areas with a door between worked great for us! We had a wonderful vacation with 3 generations of family at this house!

Outstanding rental

The house was as advertised, communication with the owner was excellent and accurate. We had 27 people with adults and children and the house slept everyone comfortably.I would recommend renting a golf cart for the trip to and from the beach as it is a bit of a walk as shared by the owner in the listing.

Wonderful family reunion

We had the best time staying at this property for a family reunion! We had 18 family members and this house worked great for our group! Christie was wonderful to work with and made our stay that much better! Thankfully the weather cooperated & we had fun beach days followed by fun at the pool & house! Would absolutely stay at this property again!

Our stay was awesome. We loved the house and the kids loved the pool. The location was great just a short bike ride to everything. Check in process was super easy and the owner was so sweet. She wants you to have a good time! this gets 5 stars from all of us

Second time back

It was our second time staying and we'll likely stay again next year. Nothing over the top fancy but perfect for our big group of 6 families. Plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other with the added benefit of having two meal prep areas and plenty of parking for 6 cars. We'll be back!

Owner communicates extremely well which made for an excellent vacation.

The set up of the house is perfect for a large group. It was a great location for bike rides to multiple locations. We would definitely recommend the house. We had an issue with one of the toilets and it was taken care of immediately. List of positives from our experience could go on and on.

Lots of room

We have a very large family of 24, and this house comfortably fit all of us with room to spare. Christie was very quick to respond to all inquiries and was a pleasure to work with. The beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away, which made for a very convenient location. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large group.

Perfect Family Beach area retreat!!

Kristy- the contact- was so easy to communicate with!!! We were there for a family wedding. 10 BR house was perfect… 2 kitchens & 2 Living rooms. Parking for 6-7 cars… and a pool!!! Publix close by. Walk to beach was a little lengthy but it is doable and there is a wagon at the house. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great house for a large group

The house was the perfect amount of space for our group of 30. We enjoyed having 2 kitchens, 2 washers & dryers, and 2 living rooms. Everyone loved the pool. We had a couple of maintenance issues (normal wear and tear) that were handled promptly. Communication was excellent!

great family vacation house

The 30A area is a perfect stretch of beach for a family vacation. We randomly picked this house because of the size, pool and proximity to the beach. It turned out to be perfectly located. The town of Seaside is delightful for kids. The beaches are so beautiful, including the lake at the end of the street, and the sandbar at the beach down the road. The house was large enough with enough bathrooms for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and spa. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues and Christie was very responsive. Otherwise all was exactly as we expected and we had a ball!

Seaside Reunion was perfect for our large group.

I rented this property for our large group of 20+ people and we couldn't have been more happy with the size of the house, the 10 bedrooms, the pool and the hot tub. Everything was clean and in working order. The pool and hot tub are the best part of Seaside Reunion. The water was very warm and the size of the pool and hot tub were just right. The beach nearby with easy access was beautiful. Very clean and beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay at Seaside Reunion again. Christie Derrick was very helpful and available for any questions I had and made the rental process very easy for me. I would definitley not hesitate to rent from her in the future. Thank you for help making it a great vacation!

5 family vacation

We had 5 families with our 4 grown children and their husbands/wife and 9 grandchildren. There were 18 family members with 9 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 22. The communication with the hostess, Christie, was excellent—really quite remarkable. The home is a 2 story duplex that with the option to unlock doors upstairs for access for all members. There are 2 full kitchens and large living rooms on both sides. The bedrooms are large (much larger than expected) allowing all a lot of space for comfort. The pool is large and excellent for all family members to enjoy. The location is located close enough to access to the beach for convenience. We had 2 suvs and rented 1 golf cart which worked out great. It was 20 minutes to Publix and 30 minutes to Walmart. There were lots of close dining options and shopping at Seacrest was 15 minutes away by golf cart. It was an excellent experience and we will certainly return with the family.

Not what was expected

Upon arriving at the house, even before we got inside, we observed broken glass bottles and trash in the landscaping, and the swimming pool was green with algae. The inside of the house was dirty, with the owner having to call the housekeepers and pool maintenance person to do what was supposed to be done before we arrived. The furniture and kitchen utensils were “tired” and worn, with most of it needing to be replaced. Multiple light bulbs were burned out in most rooms. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and wouldn’t pull out, toilet valve broken, with maintenance man coming to fix. The house hasn’t had a deep cleaning in a long time, and was dirty. The home owner did a good job of quickly contacting workers to come do their jobs, but she is managing the house long distance. Until she gets a local house manager, I’m thinking similar issues will continue.

The property was perfect for a large group of adults in town for a sporting event. It was clean and accommodated us great! Christie was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!!

Perfect for big groups

We had a group of 30- 12 adults and 18 kids from infant to 11 and this place was perfect. Plenty of parking, king sized beds for all the adults, kids loved the pool, close to the beach. There are a few parking spots by the Eastern lake access but you could also walk. The coastal lake is so nice for younger kids to play in. Overall, awesome experience, would definitely stay here again.
