Located on the largest lot in exclusive gated Seanest Village, you’ll enjoy both privacy and views from Seaspell Sands, a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation villa in Seagrove Beach.

The open concept great room offers abundant space and natural light. The living area is outfitted with plush, comfortable furnishings, seating for nine with two 10-foot sofas, a cozy gas fireplace, and soothing neutral decor. An area rug lies atop the natural hardwood floors found throughout the home.

The expansive kitchen will be a delight to the family chef’s senses. Features here include quartz counters, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a generously sized center island with seating for 3.

The cozy breakfast space offers seating for 5–6 with its corner table and coordinating chairs.

Just off the living area is arguably the most magnificent feature of this spectacular home—the 540 square foot covered loggia. This spacious porch offers complete separate living and dining areas, as well as a full summer kitchen featuring an oversized gas grill and beverage cooler. An outdoor TV adds convenient entertainment, and a ceiling fan ensures cool breezes as you relax in grand style, surrounded by views of the Gulf waters.

Venture up the spiral staircase, and you’ll be rewarded with the best view in the home. A table for four overlooks Seagrove Beach with slight views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite is an enchanting sanctuary, with a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows, light streaming in through generous windows, neutral tones and beachy decor, and dual nightstands and lamps. An infant playpen is provided, and the master closet may be used as a sleeping space for your little one. Once you see the master bath, you may not come out again! Complete with a freestanding tub, dual vanities, and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads, it’s the pinnacle of luxury.

A second master bedroom offers a queen bed with a Tempur-Pedic topper and luxury Casper pillows, dual nightstands and lamps, a cooling ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 is perfect for the kids, with a bunk bed with a built-in staircase and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bath offers a tub/shower. This bath is shared with the fourth bedroom, offering a queen bed, Tempur-Pedic topper, and Casper pillows, as well as dual nightstands and lamps.

June at the beach

We liked the house very much, especially the main floor. Living room, kitchen and eating area had an abundance of space, our favorite was was the covered outdoor living area over the garage this was a very enjoyable area (we do think it would be nice to screen in this area, it would keep the bugs down). Crows nest was kinda cool but can't really see much from there. House was well stocked, we cooked in a number of times, bikes were very nice to have and the beach chairs and other beach equipment was nice as well. Neighborhood is very nice and security gate keeps traffic down inside. Swimming pool facilities are nice and very convenient, including bath rooms. We found it best to go cul de sac with beach access .4 miles to west by car and drop people, chairs, coolers etc. off at beach then drive back to house and that person would take a bike to the beach where there is facilities to lock it up, literally a 3-4 minute bike ride and reverse the process upon leaving. A couple of restaurants within 5-10 minute walk and a few moore at about 20 minutes, however these and more pretty darn close by car. Seaside is neat and you should go but busy and lots of traffic, we preferred to stay east nearer house. Would be nice to have had better instructions on how to work tv, we travel a lot and all are set up and connected differently. First week of June was pretty humid, just fyi.

Beautiful House! Nice pool! That's all!!

Access to beach very disappointing! VERY inconvenient, especially with small children!! We killed 8 roaches (1 on my SIL's neck), 1 huge spider!! Never got hot water in bath by bunks Dust bunnies everywhere! My daughter cleaned the disgustingly dirty vacuum! Unfortunately I can't recommend this place and we will not be staying there again!!

Great home. Walk to beach was not four minutes but 10-15 minutes (1/2 mile)

A great family vacation home. Disappointed in the fact it was 1/2 mile to beach which was quite crowded - public beach access in front of huge condo building. Balcony was so nice and relaxing.

Family vacation

The house was clean, beautiful and had everything our group of 11 needed. The ride to the beach was short and we checked out a few different beaches each day. The community pool wasn’t too busy and the kids enjoyed it during down times. All the nearby beach areas are all wonderful and this vacation home was just what we needed.

Great outdoor sitting area; no private beach access

We all enjoyed the house. A couple of things to make it even better....provide 2 key fobs to access private beach across the street. The other renters around us had access, but we had to walk 15 min to Eastern Lake public access. Add ceiling fans to bedrooms. Especially the master. It gets very hot on top floor. The outdoor sitting area was the favorite room!
