This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house located in Magnolia Dune, right in the heart of Seagrove, comfortably sleeps 12 adults with luxurious accents and features. Seagrove is home to many of Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants including Cafe Thirty-A, Perfect Pig, Seagrove Market Cafe, Donut Hut, Surfing Deer, and Pizza by the Sea. Just a short walk away from the crystal clear water and sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast, Florida's most pristine coastline, "On Beach Time" offers guests convenient beach access at One Seagrove Place complete with a drop off area and turn around for chairs, coolers, and toys. When you're done at the beach, feel free to cool down at the community pool, just out the back door.

Located right off Scenic Highway 30A and less than a mile from Highway 395, guests enjoy convenient access to Seaside (approximately 1 mile) with the privacy Seagrove offers. Also, easy to access, run to the nearby Publix grocery store, or jump on Highway 98 to Destin or Panama City Beach.

Spring break with family and friends

Very nice accommodations and well appointed kitchen . The beach cart was a help for sure but just know there are steps ( 3 sets) so two people will need to pick cart up to get it to and from the sand . Great location to restaurants. My son and his friend enjoyed the bikes and the Weber grill was a big hit as we had burgers for lunch one day and steaks for dinner .

Great Location for Memory Making

One of the best homes we’ve stayed in, with everything we needed to keep us and the children entertained. Beautiful, spacious, clean home. The beach was close and the pool was even closer.

Wonderful Stay

Took our whole family to this property and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were fantastic. House was everything that we thought it would be in more and had very good communication with the property managers. Couldn't ask for a better stay we'll definitely be back. Short walk to the beach. Everything was within walking distance that we needed.

The pictures did not disappoint. Open floor plan was perfect for our family. Close access to the beach and local seaside shopping area. Property bicycles offered a needed exercise option. Would recommend, and Would stay here again.

Lovely Vacation Rental

On Beach Time is a very nice vacation rental. The neighborhood pool is just out the back door. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient cookware and dishes, the ice machine in the bar area was a huge plus! Upstairs had plenty of sleeping quarters. The 2 guest rooms and bunk room shared one bathroom, but it had two sinks which were separate from the shower and toilet. I would absolutely rent this house again if we return to the area.

Family Vacation

To help inform the next guests, I’ve divided up my response from Pro’s to Need to Know to Con’s. Pro’s – We reserved through VRBO but Pampered Palm was the rental agent and they took great care and concern for our Vacation stay! It is a very well appointed home with comfy décor. The home is perfect for a large family with several adults. A block away from the public beach. The pool is clean and nice with great seating and flowers. The screened in porch is nice and cool in the evening with large fans overhead. Each bedroom has a fan to keep you cool. Overall the home was one of the top ones we have stayed in, hopefully the information below helps you plan your vacation and things Pampered Palm might consider for future guests. Need to Know – The beach service is first come first served, they do not put your names on the beach chairs. The 3 ring binder in the house has outdated info on the company to look for. It is currently Southwinds Rentals, make sure you know the address and name of the house because they will come by and ask you. The home comes with a wagon to pull all your stuff to the beach, this was a nice addition. We rented a street legal golf cart, this came in handy for moving things to the beach along with the cart. In this area street legal golf carts can be on the road, an added bonus. Also many beach toys and beach chairs in the storage container outside. Highly recommend grocery shopping out of the area, the local Publix is very crowded and double the cost on most items, they know they have the market cornered. Con’s – The kitchen area needs a deep cleaning, cabinet fronts and inside cabinets, mostly just the kitchen area but the drawers in the bathrooms could use a cleaning also. Please Note - No Extra’s – 1 washcloth per bathroom, very few bath towels to go around for 10 people, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 role of paper towels, No spices, salt, pepper, 2 trash bags, 3 dishwasher cleaner cubes, No dishcloths or dishtowels or coffee filters. The cabinets only have dishes and utensils. The ice maker in the fridge makes one tray of ice per day and the ice maker in the beverage area never worked the entire week. So go shopping for these necessities.

Best furnished house in Seagrove

On Beach Time has everything we needed and then some! The owners have done a great job at stocking this house with everything to make your visit pleasant. The home was very clean. Access to the pool was convenient. The manager of the property was always fast to respond during the reservation process and the stay. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The house is beautiful and really nicely furnished. The house is well stocked and is in a perfect location. The owner/property manager is super helpful. We wish the house was cleaner, the floor needed to be mopped, but overall a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Multigenerational Thanksgiving Getaway

My extended family and I truly enjoyed this home for our Thanksgiving week vacation. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and everything we wanted. Loved the screened in porch. Loved the open floorpan. Loved the bikes and beach accessories. Our Thanksgiving dinner went off without a hitch and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve our feast. Very happy and satisfied with this home.

Loved this home!

This house is so beautiful! Perfect for 2 families. It had everything we needed to cook a big family dinner and had plenty of seating. The house was walkable to the beach and the ice cream shop. The location of the pool, 4 bikes, 2 chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay in this house again!!

Great place to stay

What a beautiful home! The house is very spacious and clean. We had a group of 11 stay for a week and never felt on top of each other. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and attached patio in the evening. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware. We never ran out! A short 5 minute walk to the beach with the convenience of a driveway turnaround to drop all the beach gear off. The owner was quick to respond to any question or need that we had. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful House!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this house! The house was beautifully decorated and included everything we could possibly need for a perfect beach vacation. The kids loved the bunk room with each bunk having a television. It was great to have the screened in porch and patio with a grill. The beach was a very short walk we were provided complimentary chairs and an umbrella. The house came with 4 bikes which made the bike ride to Seaside lots of fun! Restaurants, shops and a seafood market are all within walking distance . We can’t wait to plan our next trip to the On Beach Time house!!!

The Perfect Beach House!

We spent Thanksgiving here with my entire family. We had the best time and this home was the perfect rental. It was decorated beautifully and it was very clean. Just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, management was quick to respond. We hope to stay here again!
