Loved having the pool, bikes and golf cart! The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children.

The house and our stay were amazing. The home was beautiful, and we especially loved the pool area. Having the heated pool option made it even better. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach. Check-in was seamless, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The bonus bonfire was a wonderful touch as well.

Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were first rate. Location was fun and the pool was great. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Magnolia Cottage provided the perfect accommodations for our family of 4 adult couples and two grandchildren. The pool area was well designed and offered a nicely shaded area to gather in the afternoons after a day at the beach. The location within the town of Grayton Beach was excellent; quiet street with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also, we really enjoyed the golf cart and bikes as a nice way to explore the area. JP and Kelly were fantastic hosts...highly responsive and very accommodating to our requests. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great spot!

Close to the beach and plenty of room for us and our friends! We had a few kids with us and it was a blast. Firepit was a great addition to the stay!

Comfortable and Convenient!

Roomy, comfortable, and convenient...what an amazing Grayton Beach experience! From the moment we arrived, our stay was seamless. The property manager was fantastic; check-in was a breeze; the golf cart and bikes were quite popular; and the pool was perfection.

Great location. Home was perfect for our family of 10 ( 7 adults and 3 adolescents). Home was clean, kitchen well stocked with laundry room. Nice pool with area to grill. Also appreciated the bikes and golf cart. Enjoyed the added bonfire at the beach.
