The brilliant gulf views in this chicly designed beachfront townhome are incredible. The direct beach location is superb and makes for an ultimate beach retreat. Walk to restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream and the large pool is only a few steps away. This is the perfect beachfront getaway for one large or two families. The kitchen and family room are on the main floor as well as a balcony with breathtaking views. The large master King bedroom is on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the beach and water and also has a serene sitting area.There is also a queen guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with a full bath. The first floor has two bedrooms, one king bedroom with twin bunks and one queen bedroom which share a full bath. The small community of Seahaunts has a private pool and private boardwalk to the beach. This cute townhome is located on the west end of 30A and is a short stroll to Gulf Place. Sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit offers internet TV via Hulu and Disney.
Note: Loss of pool fob will result in a $75 replacement fee. Please leave fob on kitchen counter for next guest.

Perfect for our family vacay

Property was exactly as listed, the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable! Restaurants, shops, and Ice cream within walking distance. Our family of 10 fit comfortably and had a great time.

Good beach townhouse

Great area. Quick access to beach. You DO have to access the back porch/beach access by walking THROUGH 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (no hallway). The teens didn’t love that, but overall clean and freshly updated space.

Highly recommend this unit. Perfect location to Beech and Pool, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Equipped kitchen. Perfect for a large family. Will definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful convenient location

This is our second time staying at sea haunts and this unit in particular was perfect for two families. The beach and pool access was easy and the kids enjoyed going back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The second floor balcony had amazing views. The beach chairs and toys came in handy as well. Only one issue we had was parking on the last day. This was a great vacation and we did not want to leave!

Love this townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea U There very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The first floor bedrooms, which are connected, worked out fine for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children, so plenty of room. We enjoy being directly on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Thank you for everything!

Great property

We’ve rented other townhouses in the complex this one is our favorite. Very clean with everything you need. Can’t beat the proximity to pool and ocean. Some reviews didn’t like the basement layout because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Other units just have the basement open I like that it was closed off into two rooms. Perfect for kids that want to stay together but want a little space on the trip. Will stay here again.

House has a very strong musty/moldy smell. Normally, wouldn't have noticed but we were inside a lot because of the patchy weather. Pathways very overgrown. Hard to get cart with beach toys down the path.

Great location

My family of 3 comfortably stayed in the townhouse with another family of 5. Walking right out to the beach from your back door is super convenient for trips to and from the house for lunch. Lots of chairs available on site. It is clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Master bedroom is large and could easily accommodate another bed if needed. Give it a 5 star and would recommend for all of the above reasons as well as its proximity to local shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend (also read for helpful tips)

Had a lovely time in this very nicely decorated townhome/condo. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beach access was so convenient as the boardwalk connects to the outdoor space pictured. The complex is gated which felt very safe but it is still only a about a 10 minute walk to Gulf Place which has several restaurants, shops, ice cream places, etc. All in all, we would absolutely stay again. Things to keep in mind: The boardwalk outside this particular unit is in desperate need of replacement/repair. Did not change our experience but do not expect to walk on it barefooted. The trash dumpster is located next to the building with units 8A-8D. This is a good distance from this unit but not a big deal once we found it after having to ask someone. There is a busy body owner in the complex that will leave you notes or report you if you leave trash out for any amount of time or put anything over the railings. While the bottom floor has bunk beds and a king in one room and a full (maybe queen) in the other, you have to walk through the room with the bunk beds to get to the other bedroom which also happens to be the way out to the boardwalk. You can also go around to avoid walking through. Just something to be aware of.

Perfect beach rental

We loved staying at this rental property. The location was amazing! Being able to walk right out your door and be on the beach is great. The view from the upstairs bedroom and the main floor balcony is amazing.

Summer Vacation 2020

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a true beach front property with easy beach access! We loved that there were sand toys, floats and beach chairs for us to use! Our only complaints were the tiny dishwasher and it could have been a little cleaner. Thank you for opening up your condo for us to use!!

Great vacation

The week was great. Only draw back was hitting my head on kitchen light 10 times a day. The light is 5’10” from floor and I am 6’4”. The light is on the center of workspace in kitchen. Also, we shared a bathroom with Adult married children. The bathroom door could not be locked from master, so privacy was not great. There was also a leak in ceiling from shower. Finally found the source the day we left. The pl as ce was very clean and well equipped. Location was awesome!
