Welcome to Barefoot Bungalow, a true gem in Dune Allen Beach! This coastal haven offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, just steps from the sugar-white sands and pristine Gulf waters. Ideal for families seeking both seclusion and convenience, this stunning property promises an unforgettable vacation experience. You will also enjoy a complimentary beach set up of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas March 1 - October 31st and you have your own beach to enjoy them on without having to go find Public Access points down the road. To get to your deeded beach, simply go through the back yard gate and go around right side of Barefoot Dreams! (Note; set ups are available to still rent in the off-season).

Every detail of Barefoot Bungalow has been thoughtfully curated, featuring elegant furnishings, exquisite lighting, and chic beach-inspired décor. The fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining area are perfect for gathering and making lasting memories. The living room offers views of the Gulf, seamlessly connecting to the spacious deck, private backyard, and heated pool/hot tub—all designed to capture the coastal breeze.

The outdoor area is a dream come true, featuring a furnished sundeck, gas grill, in-ground trampoline, and alfresco dining setup. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a family barbecue, or simply unwinding by the pool, this space invites endless relaxation and fun. You can also use the bikes provided for a fun stroll down 30A!

Bright, airy bedrooms and modern, well-appointed bathrooms offer comfort and convenience for all guests. Plus, pet-friendly accommodations ensure that every member of the family can join the adventure. With its unbeatable location and luxurious amenities, Barefoot Bungalow is a rental dream and a prime choice for beachside bliss.

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

The house was amazing! Very clean, looked just like the photos. Being able to have our fur babies was a game changer for us! And my son loved the trampoline. We will definitely be back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This house was super cute and well kept. We had such great communication regarding all processes. We had a little issue with the air conditioner but thanks to the quick response from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals and their amazing staff we were up and running in no time at all. The pool, beach access, and beach setup made our stay perfect. So many great restaurants are close by and Stinky’s is right across the street. We are already looking forward to returning to 30A!

Relax!

Everything was perfect. Best of all worlds. Beautiful view of the Gulf with super close access, a private swimming pool that allows you to relax while listening to the waves crash. House was pristine, bright, new and airy. The gate surrounding the yard made it super easy and safe for my dog to hang with us. There are steep stairs to the home that should be kept in mind if you have elderly in your party, but the home is lovely.

Amazing home at the beach!

This home is beautiful. The home has everything you need to enjoy the beach and area. It was so nice to sit on the patio each morning and enjoy the breeze and views of the beach. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub made for the perfect ending to every day. There are four bikes which we enjoyed riding up and down the 30A bike paths. The management company was amazing and quick to responded to every question. They were very accommodating and allowed us to park at the residence prior to checkin so we could walk right across the road to Stinky's Fish Camp. We will definitely return!!!

Wonderful!!

We loved everything about our stay!! The house was nice and clean, perfect layout for our family. The pool and hot tub were great and with a nice view. Just a quick walk to the beach! Loved having chairs set up each day. The beach was probably the prettiest I’ve seen in Florida. Water was clear and the most amazing color! We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

Perfect Place

We booked this home for spring break and were hoping the location and beach would be a little quieter than other spots we’ve stayed in the past. It delivered! The beach wasn’t crowded at all and very easy to access from the house. The full size pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids as the ocean was too cold to get in this time of year. The layout of the home is great - updated and clean. No complaints! Well absolutely look to book again in the future!

Amazing Experience!

I can’t begin to explain how amazing this stay was for us. What an incredible beach stay we had! This property hit all of the needs we had. It was newly renovated, had a heated pool and hot tub, and even had private beach for us to sit at, despite that it was not oceanfront. With that said, the ocean views were spectacular! The rental management company was incredible. They checked on us multiple times through our stay to ensure we had everything we needed! This is a must stay property for sure. If you want a property that has beachfront access, and not the cost of a Gulf front home, check this one out! 10/10 all the way!!!
