Family Vacation

My family enjoyed the stay. The pictures do not do this place justice ... it is actually bigger and more spacious than it appears. Having the Golf Cart included was also a plus. Everything is as described. My only complaint is that there were no beach towels or cooler. In our past experiences, houses this close to the beach usually provide those items. While chairs and umbrellas were provided, it would have been nice to have a small cooler and beach towels as well ... or at least note in the description that those are not included, as everyone could have brought their own beach towel and a cooler. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family vacation

This is a great house to accommodate a family vacation with children and adults. It was beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of room to spread out and the pool is a definite plus. The beach is about a 5 minute walk but there is a golf cart and we used it to transport everyone to and from the beach. There is a lot nearby the beach access to park the cart.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with only a few issues/inconveniences). Dryer did not work well - took 5 hours to dry a small load of bath towels (5), so we were not able to wash/dry anything. Also, the ice machine is not working correctly. It dumps very wet ice causing it to not break up when it disperses (it is in large unbreakable sheets and we could not find an icepick to break it up). The house is as a perfect size for our large family and the backyard was wonderful.

Excellent Stat!

Very nice property that has all the extras you need! 4 min walk to the beach with easy access. Beach is very manageable with plenty of room for all. Pool in the backyard was perfect for the afternoon swims post beach for the kids! Golf cart is a must in this area and accommodated our party perfectly. Already have this house booked for next year! Thanks so much!

Nice house/neighborhood on 30A

We had a good visit to Seagrove Beach overall. The house is spacious and has everything a family needs for a week. The pool area is very nice and the furniture is comfortable. The street is nice, but guests should be aware that the closest beach access requires wading through waist-deep lake water. Ramsgate is the best option and there is no bike or golf cart parking there. The beach in front is mostly private and it’s a trek across hot sand to set up your own umbrella. We had a few minor issues that are worth mentioning so that perhaps the property management will correct them for future guests. - The stand-alone ice machine in the kitchen does not work. We had to keep purchasing bags of ice to take to the beach in a cooler. - The pool light was out for the entirety of our stay even though we requested it be replaced on our first day and were assured that it would be “asap.” The pool is too dark to use at night without one. - The bathtub on the main level does not have a stopper and is therefore unusable. - When we arrived, we had almost no bath towels, 1 hand towel, and no washcloths. I notified the property management company and they brought some towels over a few hours later, but thankfully I’d packed our own washcloths. - The gas stove needs servicing.The auto-ignite functions continue to click on various eyes after one eye is lit. - In a kitchen with a gas range, a fire blanket or at minimum pot lids should be supplied in case of a grease fire.

Comfortable and well equipped home near the beach

We came to Santa Rosa beach for the first time and had a comfortable relaxing trip with my wife’s parents and her sister’s family. The home was comfortable, clean and plenty of room for everyone to also have their space. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for everyone the house can hold and a nice pool and back porch space gave us room to relax and keep an eye on the kids in the pool.

Great location

The house is beautiful and in a great location however it needs a good deep clean. The pool was dirty and the pool guy came to clean it our last day. The dust on light fixtures etc is super thick and disgusting. The vacuum is terrible and the dryer does not work. For the price I expected those little details to be better.

Beautiful home, great backyard, and fantastic location!

Our first trip to 30A was incredible, due largely in part to this house, it’s backyard, and the location! This very new home has all of upgrades one would want in a vacation house… it’s not the typical worn, dated vacation home. The kitchen and living area were great for gathering and the pool and backyard were even better for lounging, grilling, and swimming. A covered patio in the back allowed the grandparents to get away from the sun while still being able to watch the kids playing in the pool. There was plenty of space in the house and the large bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone some quiet time when needed. It was a quick walk through the quiet neighborhood to the beach and Eastern Lake, which gave the kids (and adults) a great opportunity to enjoy calmer waters. Fantastic food and shopping was a quick walk and/or golf cart ride away. The property management team was very responsive and professional, and the owners of the home added plenty of personal touches throughout the house. The house is close to everything but not in the middle of the chaos of 30A. This would be a great getaway for family, friends, and any other groups. We highly recommend this home and will certainly be back!
