Pelican Place –

This pleasant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is nestled only one block off of the beach. The first floor hosts covered parking, a 12x26 private saltwater pool, as well as an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after an eventful day at the beach. When entering the second floor, you are greeted with an open living room and dining area with an abundance of sunshine beaming through the expansive bay windows. Also on the second floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen great for the household chef, a bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle, adjoining hall bath, and a laundry facility with full washer and dryer. Making your way up to the third floor, you will find the king master suite with a twin day bed and twin trundle, in addition to a full attached bath and a private beach facing balcony. Also on the third floor is the queen suite with a full attached bath and balcony with stunning beach views. When gazing out over the beautiful tree tops onto the beach you will see how this home got the name "Pelican Place!"

Initially named after the thick grove of windswept trees bordering its pristine white sand beach, Seagrove has stayed true to its “roots” by preserving its original natural beauty. Accommodations hosted along its shores include quaint beachfront condominiums, lavish beach-side resorts, and colorful vacation homes. In addition, Seagrove Beach is a quiet oasis that is surrounded by the bustling luxury lifestyle destinations including Seaside and WaterSound.

First Floor: Covered Parking, Private Pool, Cabana.

Second Floor: Bedroom with Queen and Twin Trundle, Full Hallway Bath, Living Area with King Sleeper Sofa, Dining Area, Kitchen, and Laundry Room.

Third Floor: Queen Bedroom with Full En Suite Bath, King Master Suite with Twin Day Bed and Twin Trundle + Full Private Bath.

*add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

The private pool and beach were great! The location was perfect with easy access to everything. The management company was very easy to communicate with and proactive! We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Everything was great at this property. Loved the location to the beach. Perfect for kids. Didn’t have to cross any busy roads. Very short walk to the beach. Loved that it was a deeded beach access so it was not busy at all. Pool was great at the house. We had it heated which was perfect as it was not real hot for the time of year we went. Highly recommend paying the extra for pool heat. We did have a couple issues. The pool heat was not turned on when we got there so we were not able to swim until the next day as it was cool outside and the water was very cold. But they did respond quickly and sent someone out right away. Also the hot water was not working in the house and they responded very quickly to that as well and someone came to fix it right away. Would definitely rent this house again!

Worst place to rent

There was no communication between the owner and the renting office (OCEAN REEF). After driving for 16 hours and are excited about our vacation we got to a home that was already occupied and kids in bed. We had to go from one home to another and it was not to our satisfaction. Our vacation was ruined!

Great ocean views and great location

We spent a lot of time on the balconies and the beach. Location is very convenient to several nearby good restaurants. The beach is so close and not many folks due to private access. The pool area and fire pit are nice but we were on the beach more. Also quiet and private place. The home is as advertised and really enjoyed our stay! Would book it again.

Beautiful Beach House

This house was perfect! Check in/check out was easy. Plenty of space for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids), great location and easy beach access. We loved sitting out on the balcony where we could see and hear the ocean waves. We will definitely book this home again.

Perfect Family Spring Break

The house and pool was perfect for our family Spring Break. Our girls loved the pool and stayed in it until late at night while the parents watched the tv by the fire pit. We made s’mores one cool night. The beach access was close and private. The home had everything we needed.

Enjoy d stay. Some issues.

Location was great, house was nice, but needed some deep cleaning and updating. We had issues all week with upstairs air condition. We also paid to have pool heated for 5 days we were there but only had two days that pool was warm.

Burnett Family Vacy

The house was great, except for the waterbugs inside and out. We loved how close it was to the beach except the pathway really needed to be trimmed. We all enjoyed the pool area. We used the BBQ grill but sadly ran out of propane when we started cooking so had to stop in the middle of steaks cooking and do find some propane and finish supper. So I wonder if we will be reimbursed? We ran out of TP and couldn't find any in the house. So please note you will need to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and possible a propane tank, if you stay here. Other then that we had a great time and loved the property. this was the second time this summer that we rented from VRBO and we enjoyed both units this summer.

Perfect getaway!

Our stay at 28 Mako Dr was a great selection for group of friends. Quite neighborhood, beautiful home, lovely pool, super easy access to the beach! The seafood market and donut shop next door makes for easy breakfast and dinner! I would definitely recommen this place to everyone.

Perfect family getaway

Worked great for my wife and I, my mom-in-law, and our 4 young kids. Great view of beach from 3rd floor balcony, easy access to beach, enough room to lounge around, and loved the private pool and cabana. Also helped that it’s located right next door to the donut shop and gear/stroller rental shop. Only negative was the raging karaoke party that our neighbors threw past midnight one night, which woke one of my kids up. But barring that, it was the perfect family getaway experience.

Great location, nice size home

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I know there were things that could be improved. The house has a great size, proximity to the beach, and everything you need in the home. Flooring needs updated, bathrooms need updated. The over all finishings through the house are cheap. None of these affected our stay and we would return regardless of them being attended to. The home was very well decorated and had everything needed to stay for a week. Master bedroom is wonderful and spacious. Oh! One thing that would have been nice is some beach chairs. Arrival and departure were easy. We found the construction near by not to be an issue. There are 2 homes being worked on directly in front of and east of the home.
