The space

Welcome to 'Blue Water Haven'!

This brand-new, fully remodeled lake-view home offers 3 floors of pure luxury and is loaded with designer finishes and thoughtful amenities. With room for up to 16 guests, it is truly the perfect home for group getaways or large families!

Plus, the home backs up to the beautiful Western Lake, so you can enjoy peaceful water views and amazing sunsets every evening.

Start your stay by relaxing on the charming front porch swing, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

Stepping inside, the first floor offers an inviting foyer, the laundry room with a full-sized refrigerator, a full bathroom with a glass shower, and a stunning den with a modern wet bar and access to the oversized screened-in back porch, complete with a gas fireplace and ample cozy seating!  The perfect place for chilly evenings, morning coffee, or to unwind after a day at the beach!

From the back porch, step out into the backyard space (also accessible from the carriage house), where you'll find an outdoor oasis complete with a private heated pool with water feature, fire pit, BBQ grill, dining table, and plenty of seating for everyone!  The stunning lake views facing west make for the most gorgeous sunsets, offering both beauty and privacy!

Also on the first floor are three spacious bedrooms, the first being the first Master with a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower, and direct access to the back porch!  The second room features a King bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and direct access to the back porch as well.  The third bedroom features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Moving up to the second floor, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy living room with a large gas fireplace and TV, surrounded by cozy furniture. The living room also opens up to a balcony that leads to the pool and carriage house. The open-concept floor plan leads you into the gourmet chef's kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances (including dual ovens, an 8-burner stove, and a wine fridge), a massive island that seats 8, and is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. The adjacent dining room provides the perfect place for shared meals or game nights, and there is also a half bathroom for added convenience!  Also on the second floor is the main Master bedroom complete with a King bed, dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. This room also has an attached sitting area that is filled with natural light and overlooks the backyard!

On the third floor, enjoy the cozy lounge area with beautiful lake views!  This floor also features three unique built-in Full-size beds along with a full bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Accessible from either the backyard or the second-floor balcony, the two-story carriage house provides a separate additional space. Inside on the main floor, there is a cozy living area, a kitchenette/coffee bar, full bathroom with a glass shower, and a lovely guest bedroom with a King bed.  Upstairs, the spacious playroom is perfect for kids (or kids at heart) to unwind and have fun, complete with two lounge areas and a dining table ideal for games, snacks, or crafts!

Please note that the garage is not for guests' use. However, there is parking for up to 6 cars available in the driveway!

Located just a short walk from The WaterColor Beach Club, this home makes it easy to enjoy white sand beaches, Gulf-front pools, and seaside dining! Take the LSV and/or bikes to explore the rest of WaterColor or visit neighboring towns like Seaside and Grayton Beach. This location cannot be beat!

This house comes with a maximum of 16 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate, even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 5 minute LSV ride. The ultra desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.  

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. 

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home.  Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am.  These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West.  Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
