Arriving at the home, you're immediately welcomed by the charming front porch, complete with comfortable seating and a relaxing daybed swing- perfect for slow mornings or winding down after a day at the beach.

Stepping inside, the inviting living room features soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a stunning fireplace, and folding glass doors that open onto a screened-in porch, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor living experience. Just nearby, the dining room features a beautiful wooden table, making it the perfect gathering space for meals and entertaining.

The screened-in porch offers cozy lounge seating plus a shuffleboard table for some friendly competition! This porch leads out to the backyard, where you'll find a patio with outdoor seating, a fire pit, a gas BBQ grill, and a bench swing, all with peaceful views of Western Lake in the background.

Back inside, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped, including beautiful custom cabinetry, dual ovens, a six-burner gas range, a walk-in pantry, wine storage, and a large island with seating for 4. This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Beach Club is literally steps from the home, making it a dream not to have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute bike ride. The ultra-desirable and stunning phase 1 Park District location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
