Welcome to 'Saltwater Sanctuary!'

This beautiful new beach home has everything you need for your next vacation- with four spacious bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, plus a playful bunk area in the hallway - this home is perfect for family gatherings or hosting friends!

Step into the heart of the home with an expansive open-concept kitchen, laundry room, dining, and living area complete with a cozy gas fireplace and seamless access to the porch and pool areas! The gorgeous kitchen features quartz and marble countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances, with tile and wood flooring throughout the home.

For your ultimate comfort, this home features two master suites, one on each level. Both suites offer large walk-in closets and dual vanities, with the upper level suite featuring a private porch. The main level master suite is handicap accessible and provides direct access to the porch and pool.There are also 2 more guest bedrooms on the second floor, and a bunk room in the 2nd floor hallway (no door).

The outdoor spaces are perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Splash in the heated private pool, unwind on one of the three beautifully decked porches, cook a meal on the outdoor grill, or take a stroll down the boardwalk that leads directly over the dunes to the beautiful beaches- ONLY about a 6-minute walk! To help you get around, a 6-seater LSV plus 4 beach cruiser bikes are included with your stay!

Watersound West Beach offers a range of top-notch amenities, including a gated entrance, a community ZERO-ENTRY pool, a putting green, and boardwalks for walking or biking. Direct beach access through Deer Lake State Park ensures you have all you need to embrace the beach lifestyle without all the crowds!

Guest access

Garage can fit 2 cars plus the LSV inside, with more parking available in the driveway (about 3-4 more cars).

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Seaside to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
