You will be ideally located next to the famed Camp WaterColor, where you can enjoy the lazy river, jumbo slides, lap pool, and zero entry kid’s pool. Access is included with your reservation. The adjacent park is the perfect spot for a pickup soccer game, picnic, or a game of catch. And don't forget about the playground for the kids and young at heart!

    All suite bedrooms ensure your family has the personal space they need when it is time to rest. And the kids will go nuts for the top floor kids’ suite, featuring two built in twin over full bunks and decor with kids in mind. Adults will enjoy the covered balcony with daybed swing and cafe table for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teen and adult children. Plenty of seating in the family room, well stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, and great location!

Enjoyable Week

My family stayed for a week for Spring Break. We have stayed at many homes in Watercolor, and found this house to have everything we wanted! The access to bikes and the golf cart made our week fun and full of exploring the neighborhood easy access to the Beach Club and restaurants. The kid's room was a great space for our kids to hang out and play. The hosts were very responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Amazing House

This house was outstanding. Very comfortable but also really nice... we enjoyed the front porch so much. Super close to Camp Watercolor, which was great for the kiddos, and the access to the golf cart made getting to the beach super easy. We would definitely be back!

Beautiful house, great location

The house was perfect for our stay. The upstairs room was comfortable for our kids and their friends. The front porch was my favorite place to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We love Watercolor - THIS is a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and location within Watercolor! Everything was very nice, very clean and very well organized! We had plenty of bikes and a great golf cart! We loved everything about it and would highly recommend it!

The property was great. With 4 adults and 2 children the upstairs was perfect for the girls while the adults had downstairs. Plenty or room with great bedrooms. If kitchen was a little larger it would be the perfect situation

Great location in Watercolor!

We had a wonderful fall break in this home. Our favorite part was being able to walk to Camp Watercolor! The house was nice with a well equipped kitchen. We spent most nights on the big front porch, and everyone loved the huge porch swing! We would definitely try to book this house again when we stay in Watercolor.

Just about perfect!

Fabulous home & neighborhood!! Minor wear inside the home (e.g. broken wooden blinds) but it didn’t detract from our stay. Loved having access to a golf cart for getting around Watercolor. Only downside was the limitations put on the cart. wish it could have been taken out in town or at least across the street to publix for groceries. Overall, a great stay & we’ll definitely be back to Watercolor asap!

We could all gather comfortably in the living-dining space. My kids loved sitting at the counter and helping to serve meals. They also loved the dedicated kid space. We could walk to Camp Watercolor but it was convenient to have the golf cart to lug all our stuff. We'll be back!

It was perfect for our family of 5, plus grandparents, but would also be perfect with 2 families with kids. Upstairs bunk room sleeps up to 7 in beds, plus 2 HUGE bean bags that my kids wanted to sleep on :) Short walk to Camp Watercolor pools, big soccer field, and basketball court which was great for the kids! Only small complaint is that there's no pantry, so nowhere to put food other than using counter space, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Overall, excellent spot and we hope to be back!

Beautiful Home in Ideal Location

We had a lovely stay at the property. Fresh and clean. The upstairs room for the kids was terrific. It was walkable to camp watercolor and having use of the golf cart was a real bonus. The air conditioning worked well, which was so important during a very hot week! The instructions did warn us that only very limited supplies would be available (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags). This was true. Only a single trash bag was provided in the kitchen, and two tablets for the dishwasher- so make sure to bring or buy some in advance as suggested. Would highly recommend.

Grandmother and Moms

Home was pretty much everything we needed and wanted. Separate areas for 3 families with wide range of children. Home was beautiful. Large well equipped kitchen. Easy to check in and were notified we could come in a little early. Bikes and golf cart were definitely wonderful to have since that is how you get around in Watercolor. Publix grocery right by you and the location of the pools were also nice if you are not a beach goer. Only complaint if it is one with a home built off the ground is that you can hear everyone on the different floors. But my girls had white noise machines for the babies. Other than that the house was just like the pictures except the games on the third floor lookout area were not there so really nothing to do but look around. We would rent this home and from this management company again.

Reviewer Comments: Our family and my parents spent a supersized weekend at this home and it was great; this home is updated, has a great location, and comes with a much needed golf cart. I have two points of feedback: 1) The listing on my app mistakenly had two king beds down listed, which was disappointing when we arrived and it was one king and one queen down. Mistakes happen. The management company said they'd update the listing when I notified them and sent them screen shots. Not an insurmountable issue, but disappointing nonetheless. 2) The television up is the largest in the home. The television in the main room down is not overly large, which if I owned the home I'd consider upgrading the main television as it was college football season when we stayed! However, looking back this home served us well for our four night stay and I'd book it long as my parents took the queen bed. Ha!

Good trip until we got notices of fines

Be aware that this owner will make up charges to fine you. The house was cute but if you want to be charged for things that you didn’t do and for broken blinds and window sills broken ( these were broken before we got there) I wouldn’t stay here. And that’s not all …. They make up things and accused us of things we didn’t do! Oh and dont use the towels they will charge you for anything and everything. it was very disappointing that you pay over 10 grand for a unit, pay a cleaning fee and pet fee and they still try to up charge again for things we didn’t do. We will never rent this place again!!! Also most of the eyes on the stove do not work, the tv in guest room does not work and a peddle fell completely off on one of the bikes! (we actually didn’t complain about any of these issues during our trip) and i wish we would have!
