Warren Beach Rentals is proud to represent Luxury By The Sea.
This sophisticated, elegant, and comfortable beach home is entirely New throughout in 2023.
With over 3300 sq ft, the spacious, designer inspired home offers all of the amenities you desire. With features such as a new, custom in ground pool (can be heated for an additional fee upon request), gated and private yard, multiple outdoor balconies and spaces, even a custom game room your family of all ages will fall in love at first sight with Luxury by the Sea.
Luxury by the Sea offers guest a more private, and intimate vacation experience.
Enjoy unrivaled privacy, on the massive 100x150 lot, and guests will enjoy the easy access to the beach just a 3 minute walk away.
Parking is never an issue as the home offers an extensive custom inlaid paver driveway and separate parking pad that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles with ease.
The first floor includes a recreation area, wet bar and bunk room (queens). The main living area on the second floor. The open family room has a 'modern, elegant feel accented by cathedral ceiling and is enhanced by sliding doors which flood the space with natural light and provide access to the upper balcony. The expansive porch is more than 1100 SF and an attractive space for alfresco dining or for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the view. The fully equipped and modern kitchen is the hub of the home with a central island and ample space for storage and creating the perfect meal for those that wish to dine in. The main floor also offers a master suite with California king bed and ensuite bath. Two more bedrooms on the third floor, one being a master king bedroom suite, and a king guest bedroom with hallway bath. A large terrace overlooks the swimming pool. There is even a fourth floor observation deck which is ideal for sunset cocktails with family and friends.

This home was perfect and great location close to the beach!

We loved our stay and this house was perfect for our needs. A convenient walk from the beach, at the end of a dead end street, so little traffic, delicious pizza place up the street, and a fish market, as well.

The house is great for this type of gathering. The yard, the decks and the pool are very nice! And the lower level is perfect for kids! Especially teens. We had 10 girls and 4 moms. Comfy beds. The dining table needs to be larger. It only seats 6 and there is plenty of room for a larger table. The couches both need to be replaced. The cushions don’t stay on either one. The location is good, but the across-the-street, Life-long resident/neighbor can and will be an issue if your group is noisy in the evenings. His property is a real eye-sore also. (Run down trailer, trash heaps all over the property, chained up dog, etc) That all aside, The only real issue we had was that we checked in on Saturday and the pool was quite dirty. The house manager said it would be cleaned asap. After several calls and emails it FINALLY got cleaned on Thursday morning, the day before we left! We did get a partial refund which was appreciated, but we really would have preferred use of the pool all week. All things aside, we still had a fun trip!

Everything was perfect! Wish we could have reached someone about using the golf cart but that didn’t take away from this home and all it offers. I highly recommend this property!
