Enjoy Santa Rosa Beach’s pristine white sand beaches and fabulous dining and shopping along Florida’s famous 30A. After a full day of fun, relax in a beautifully decorated coastal retreat, complete with a fenced yard, front and back porches, and a backyard patio for grilling. Sunnyside is a charming 3 bedroom and 2 bath home that's perfect for your family vacation! Sunnyside is located in a gated community on Highway 30A with 2 pools, one immediately across from the home. Enjoy the easy 10-minute walk to the beach or hop on one of our provided bikes for a quick 5-minute ride.

Our family first vacationed on 30A five years ago and has come back every summer for the amazing white sand beaches, stunning sunsets, and laid-back pace of biking to our favorite restaurants and shops. We’ve created Sunnyside to capture the sunshine state of mind we feel every time we vacation on 30A, and we can’t wait to share this experience with your family. Because there is so much to do, we've created a digital guidebook that will help you plan your stay and point you to the top attractions, restaurants, shopping, and things to do.

Sunnyside has 2 King bedrooms with luxury pillowtop mattresses and a full-over-full bunk room with an additional twin bed that can accommodate 3-4 guests. This 1315 sq ft cottage has all new bathrooms, new flooring, brand new living room furniture, an updated, fully stocked kitchen, 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and furnished front and back porches to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. There is also a grill and patio table in the fenced backyard. One of the two neighborhood pools is directly across the street from Sunnyside, making it easy for part of your family to take a dip in the pool while lunch or dinner is being prepared.

Sunnyside has 2 dedicated parking spots in our private driveway and only seven steps up to the front door for access. We have provided you with 4 beach cruiser bikes, 4 backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a wagon to make your trips to the beach carefree.

The Old Florida Village gated community is a 75-home neighborhood that is quiet yet close to everything 30A has to offer. Greyton Beach’s wide assortment of restaurants is only a 10-minute drive away, and the charming community of Seaside, with its renowned restaurants and shopping, is a short 12-minute drive. Sunnyside is located between two easy-to-navigate airports, Destin/Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) and Northwest Florida Beaches Airport (ECP), both 45 minutes away.

From the 55" TV in the living room to the coffee bar with K cups, this cottage is stocked with everything you will want while you're on vacation. The only thing you won't enjoy is leaving!

The cottage was built in 2005, and recent improvements include new bathrooms, new flooring, updated kitchen cabinets, all new furniture in the living room and bunk room, and new bedding throughout the home. Sunnyside is perfect for a family vacation, a shared vacation for two small families, or bringing grandparents along on the family beach vacation.

Perfect Beach Cottage

We loved our stay at Sunnyside. It was comfy, cozy, very clean, beautifully decorated! Perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was perfect for the pool. Which we used daily. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach. Loved having the outdoor shower. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. Communication with property manager was easy. If we ever make it back to 30 A, will definitely try to book this beach cottage again!

Perfect Stay

This was our favorite accomodation we've ever stayed at! We loved the property for the proximity to the first pool (yep there's two pools), proximity to the beach and great restaurants. Our family took walks every night to these destinations. The hosts were super responsive, and they had great recommendations for things to eat and do pre-printed and ready upon our arrival. What you maybe can't tell from pics is how comfortable and hospitable the hosts made it. The beds were really comfy, the water pressure was outstanding, there's a beach shower right outside the front doorfor a quick rinse off, the kitchen is fully stocked, and they gave us too many clean towels to use! It was wonderful! And it's silly, but I loved the house has plug-ins on the night stand/end table in every room, so charging our devices was easy. No hunting for outlets or stooping down to plug in, everything was easy easy.We loved this home, and Santa Rosa Beach community so much, we can't wait to return!

Fabulous Place!

Sunnyside is everything it promises to be! One of the best houses I have stayed at and I have been at a lot! The house is beautiful, clean, well decorated and maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Proximity to the beach (with the best sand EVER) and restaurants was amazing. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends to book ASAP.!

Staying on the Sunnyside!

What a wonderful place! From the moment we pulled into our parking spot, we knew it was going to be a great stay. THE HOUSE The darling gated neighborhood was welcoming and fun! When we opened the door to the house, our whole family commented on the beautiful furnishings and the faint (but glorious) beachy fragrance. The 1-story layout of the home was unique and perfect for our family +grandma! The kids absolutely loved the full over full bunk bed. Everything was pristine and the beds were so comfortable! We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the full-size washer and dryer! THINGS TO DO The pool right across the street was amazing! We visited during the week of Memorial Day and it was never overcrowded. The beach is close, just a couple minutes on the beach cruisers or 10ish minute walk! We preferred the Spooky Lane access point - it didn't seem quite as busy there. We have stayed at multiple towns on 30A and loved this location. It was easy to get to all the things we wanted to do. We visited several of the cute 30A towns but also went to both Destin and Panama City Beach. It seemed the furthest we were from anything was 30 minutes and so many things within a few-15 minutes! OVERALL We have stayed at several vacation rentals and this one was one of our very favorites. The communication and attention to home details were top notch. There were a few fun surprises upon arrival! Thank you for the BRIGHT vacation at SUNNYSIDE! ☀

Just perfect

I can’t say enough about our stay here. The house was in pristine condition, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but also perfectly located to everything Santa Rosa had to offer. We take at least 4 trips a year and this was hands down our favorite VRBO rental ever. The communication and hospitality from the owners was amazing. I could go on and on. 10/10
