"This is a lovely 2 bedroom home that 4 of us stayed in recently during our trip to Santa Rosa Beach. Even though we were here during the rain and storms from Hurricane Francine (that made landfall in Louisiana but impacted weather here most of the week) we managed to have a good time. "The cottage was very homey, and we loved having control over the temperature in every room. Plenty of towels provided."

"Inside was clean, outside porch and pool areas were filthy. We could not access the private pool area, the chairs and pool had not been cleaned since last season? The screened in porch area had not been cleaned, the grill had old crud from who knows when on it. There were two long stairways to climb to access the inside of the home, each with about 18 steps. "Got about 15 u wanted texts/emails. Got locked out. Unclean a/c. Ongoing construction. Not very good instructions on where to find apartment, needed to cross gravel, don’t use sidewalk."

"This is a a lovely beach cottage with all the amenities. We even brought our beloved Sheppy. He loved the fenced in backyard and the dog cover for the furniture. Be sure to read all the helpful tips, Kandace provides-the best dining, must see places. She really is a great host. We plan to return to this house in the future! Love it! We opted for the golf cart. It was a really great decision.We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we did."

"This house was perfect for being off and tucked away. It was quiet and very cozy. The house was simple, yet felt homey. The front porch may be the best thing about the whole place. We spent several hours out there reading, playing games, and taking naps. If I were to stay again, I would rent a golf cart to get around. This house is close enough to the public access points (which are limited in parking) and to the shops and restaurants to use a golf cart instead of your car."
