  • Everybody loves Lucy's Cottage! Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for family getaways in Seagrove Beach. This private gated community is located at 30A and Robert-Ellis Drive. A mere 400 yards from front-door to the beach with a large community pool, right in the community.

    Enter the large living space with high ceilings and large 60” TV. A gourmet kitchen with granite Counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, and fridge with a ice maker. Easy access bedroom on main floor with full bath.
    The primary bedroom is located on the top floor with private balcony and master bath suite with rain head shower. Snuggle up in the king bed and watch a movie or read a book on your private balcony and hear the beach. Their are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Hang out in the back patio and have a Bbq or relax on one of the two porches. Plenty of room to hang out all together in the living room, or in small groups on the different porches and patio.
    Lucy’s Cottage biggest draw is the excellent location. Grab a slice of pizza on the way down to the beach. Or walk down to the donut hole in the morning for iced coffee and bacon covered donuts- YUM. The seafood market is a quick 5 minute walk where you can fresh seafood, including fresh to order steamed shrimp! Bikes can be rented on the corner and now you can ride down to Seaside, Grayton, or The HUB. Lucy’s Cottage is right in the middle of everything that is 30A!

Wonderful property with a short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the grill was nice as well. The neighborhood was quiet and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

Great location - close to everything but quiet. Easy check in and check out. Really liked the layout of the house. Front porch could use a good cleaning. Barbeque grill is a nice plus but the one provided does not work very well.

Our stay at Lucy's Cottage was fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, restaurants, and coffee. We had the best time. Communication with Jason was easy. The only misunderstanding was about bikes - there are photos with bikes so I anticipated those being included but they were not. They were easy enough to rent but just know that the bikes aren't included. Other than that, it was great. One of my kids said they want to come back to this exact place again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucy’s Cottage. It was within about a 5 minute walk to the beach and spacious enough for my 8 family members including myself. I also really appreciated it being pet friendly so we could bring our frenchie! I would definitely recommend this cottage to a family with a tiny dog or even a group of friends!

Location and comfortable

Jason was so nice with all of the questions that I had before arriving. The location was great to restaurants and beach. It was spring break for us so the beach was not crowded yet. However, the house and neighborhood were still secluded enough to not feel too overcrowded.

Lucy’s Cottage

We had a great stay at Lucy’s Cottage! There were 7 adults and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The pizza place at the end of the street is great! We will definitely be back!

Great location and house!

We loved our stay at Lucy’s Cottage. The proximity to the beach, seafood market, Donut Hut, pizza, and ice cream made the stay wonderful. The only small complaint we had were the floors being a little dirty. Overall Lucy’s Cottage was perfect for our family.

Lucy’s was in a great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s. Great location and quiet!! The house was very clean! we enjoyed using the grill. Check-in was great!!

Comfortable and convenient

This home is a quick walk to the beach, in a quiet culdesac and close to fantastic donuts/coffee, fresh fish market, bike rental and carryout food for the few meals we didn't cook. First floor layout in particular is really comfortable.

Spring Break 2023

Lucy's Cottage was very accommodating for our group and having the bikes made it super easy for the kids to get around 30A for ice cream and shopping! Other than the community pool being a little small, the trip and the house were great!
