Step right out to the sand and enjoy super convenient beach access! A beautiful state park beach area is only a few minutes to the east. You also get access to the grill and picnic area on property!

This property includes 2 parking spaces, a whole closet of beach toys, a private deck, amazing views, another deck off of the master bedroom, a second bedroom with lots of space. Everything has high end finishes, from solid wood doors, framed art tvs, gorgeous textiles, and clean, crisp design.

Parking: the carport is located directly under our unit. It can fit 2 cars behind each other. Please do not block or park under the other units or along the outer edge of the parking lot. During high season, cars not parked under their unit are subject to be towed.

Rent a car in Panama City Beach or Destin if you fly into the area. There are great bike rentals, Stand Up Paddle Board rentals, a mile from the property.
