The bunk room is a hit with the kids, with a custom-made triple-stack twin bunk offering three beds, plus a foos ball table so game time is always on. 🏓 A second-floor laundry room keeps things easy, so you can rinse off the sand and keep rolling all week long.

The home also sits right next to the community pool, with easy access from the back patio. The pool is under renovation until spring 2027, and a play area for families is expected as part of the updates, so there will be plenty of fun right out the back door once it`s complete.
