You will be amazed as you enter this spectacular residence.  Located in the main house, the gathering room is perfect for family time, featuring a 65” flat screen television, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar with a built-in wine cooler and ice maker.  Step outside to one of the homes’ spacious screened-in porch; it is the perfect spot to relax on the oversized porch swing or you can enjoy your morning coffee or favorite happy hour cocktail.

Located on the second level of the home is a spectacular additional media room with a 65” flat screen tv, seating area, and queen-size sofa sleeper.  Also located on the second level are 2 additional guest bedrooms which both feature a queen-sized bed with bed linens from Pottery Barn, 55” flat screen television, and en suite bathrooms with a shower/tub combination and granite vanities.  

Adjacent to the main home is a stunning carriage house that accommodates 2 additional guests.   Featuring a seating area with a flat-screen television, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, range, stainless-steel dishwasher, and mini-refrigerator.   The private bedroom features a king-sized bed.  The bathroom features a granite countertop and a walk-in shower.

The outdoor living space is just as fabulous as the interior of Hannah’s Pearl. The oversized private pool is the focal point (heated for an additional fee) of the secluded backyard oasis. The built-in sun shelf with 3 soaking lounge chairs is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.  The property also features a spectacular summer kitchen featuring a gas grill, Traeger wood-fired smoker, and Big Green Egg - perfect for cooking up the fresh catch of the day or your favorite steaks. Spend the evening relaxing by the gas fire pit or sitting on the outside screened-in porch with a 65” flat screen television that can also be viewed from the summer kitchen and pool and features a massive teak dining table with seating for 6.  You will find this area of the home is like no other! 

The WaterSound West community features a spectacular Clubhouse with an amazing walk-in community pool – a short walk or golf cart ride from Hannah’s Pearl.  Also located at the clubhouse is the beach boardwalk which leads to the private beach, where you can relax, sink your toes in the sand and enjoy this fabulous location.  Explore the nature trails that wind throughout the community and lead directly to the beach.

Hannah’s Pearl is situated in a perfect location on 30A, in the highly sought-after neighborhoods on 30A in the private gated community of WaterSound West. “The Hub” is 1.5 miles away from the home, a great gathering place for enjoying a variety of food and drinks, and entertainment, 3.5 miles to Seaside, and 5 miles to Rosemary Beach.  Horseshoe Lake and Deer Lake State Park are also nearby and bike paths to ride your bike to all the 30A has to offer!

Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions:

Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and
Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover.
