Gulf View, 4BR, South of 30A, Easy Beach Access, Pool

This large townhome has Gulf views from the living room, eating area, balcony, and especially from the large Master Suite & its seating area. From the front door, it's just a few steps to the pool, and just a few more to put your toes in the sparkling white sugar sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. BEACH ACCESS IS VIA PRIVATE BOARDWALK--NO STREETS OR ROADS TO CROSS. From the balcony, you can monitor the pool, the Gulf, and maybe the kids playing in the large courtyard below. Watch large-screen TV in the living room, while the kids watch TV or play games on floor below.
Wireless internet provided.

The four bedrooms are set up for maximum flexibility: The master suite has a king bed; another bedroom has a queen bed; a third bedroom has extra-long twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-sized unit; the fourth bedroom has regular twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs.

Santa Rosa Beach is family-oriented--no high rise condos or hotels. In addition to easy access to beach and pool, guests can also walk to many close-by restaurants, shops, and music concerts (Gulf Place amphitheater). Bike/jog/walk the 18 mile paved 30A bike path (rental bikes nearby). Play Golf or tennis at Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

Area restaurants offer terrific local seafood--or, cook it yourself in the fully-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill provided.

If you want to drive beyond Santa Rosa, there is much to do: Explore neighboring beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor or Grayton Beach. In Sandestin, visit Baytowne Wharf or shop at Silver Sands Outlet Mall. In Destin, go deep-sea fishing departing from Destin Harbor; view current movies at Destin Commons or Grand Boulevard; visit Big Kahuna water-and-amusement park.

To maintain a family atmosphere, we will not rent to student-only groups; principal renter(s) must be 25 yrs or older & must stay on premises.

Great stay! Perfect location.

This was our first time vacationing in Santa Rosa Beach and it did not disappoint! This house was in the perfect location next to the pool, close to the beach and near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It was a great size allowing everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and the owner was very friendly and attentive to any questions we had. I could definitely see us coming back here again!

Perfect Santa Rosa Beach Getaway

Awesome townhouse in The Sea Haunts that’s close to a lot of family friendly places in Santa Rosa Beach!! Raymond was awesome with fantastic availability. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the Red Flag days at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the front door! The unit has beach umbrellas and chairs to take so you don’t have to rent anything unless you’d like to. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, a local artist venue, the beach, the pool….you almost don’t need a car while you’re here. Wonderful clean townhouse with great amenities that’s close to everything. Love this place and you will too!

Beach view and a short walk

Unit could handle two small families based on good setup with beach view on the top two floors. Kids enjoyed the warm pool. Short walk to the beach. Also, within a 5-10 minute walk to Goatfeathers and Shunk Gulley.

Amazing family vacation. Easy access to beach and restaurants

Excellent property. Lots of space! Beds are comfortable and condo clean. Lots of cookware, utensils, Tupperware, and dishes. Property manager is very responsive. My grandkids and kids give it 2 thumbs up. Highly recommend this place!

Retired siblings vacation

There were 8 retired folks in our group and we had a very good time. The stairs got a little tough by week's end, but fortunately there were railings on each side of the stairways which helped those of us with bad knees. The pool was very nice and the hot tub had nice, hot water. There was quite a bit of seaweed washing onto the beach, but one lady who was somewhat of a regular said it was due to the hurricane down south as she had never seen it like that before. It also caused rip current warnings our last two days. Otherwise the,beach was great. Well supplied kitchen as far as dishes and utensils, however don't expect spices or condiments. I'm sure that is due to pandemic issues as Ray, the landlord, has tried to accommodate all the renters' needs.

Perfect Beach House

Everything was exactly as described, but the descriptions could not capture the pure beauty and magic of the view. The beach truly was a short walk from the front door, you could hear the waves and smell the ocean. Even the rainy days weren’t bad at all. We had great family time playing games. I highly recommend any families that are trying to decide, should stay here.

Nice property

Easy to get in, but the gate didn't recognize our car to leave. Had to go outside and use the code to leave the property. The beds were great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes! Enjoyed our stay!!

Great time in this 3 level condo. Nice to be so close to the beach and pool! We liked the added privacy of having the bedrooms on separate floors. Will say some new beds could improve the stay…. Had a couple of issues but manager was very quick to address them.

Condo suited my family’s needs well. Has a good layout so we were able to spread out. Was well equipped w/ beach supplies and kitchen had everything we needed. Condo is dated but really functional. Host was great to work with. Perfect location for beach, pool and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants / ice cream shops.
