'Betty' of Santa Rosa is a luxurious 6BR/5BA home in Blue Mountain/Santa Rosa Beach just minutes from the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast. Boasting a private pool, private yard , and tons of amenities, this home is an oasis of relaxation and also the perfect setting for gatherings of friends, family and loved ones! What's more? Its only a 2 min walk to the beach!
A large backyard with an el fresco dining area, grill and plenty of grassy area for kids to run and play. The private, heated, salt water pool provides hours of entertainment, with pool chaise loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, and a drink cart with ice bucket and an outdoor shower .
(The pool can be heated for an additional charge).
An array of beach gear has been provided for your convenience, Including Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Pool and beach toys including balls, floaties, buckets etc. are also provided.
The first floor features an open floor plan living area encompassing the gourmet kitchen, the large living room, and a dining area. The Dining table seats 10-12, and the enormous granite counter/bar top seats an additional 6. Two high chairs are provided for additional seating for young children. The top-of-the-line kitchen is complete with stainless steel GE appliances including two refrigerators, two freezers, a built in wine cooler, two dishwashers, and all granite counter-tops. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and kitchen tools necessary for cooking and catering for your group (plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, serving platters, cookie sheets, oven safe dishes, toaster, coffee maker, electric hand mixer, mixing bowls, placemats etc.).
The living room features a flat screen TV for entertainment. A full bath services the first floor living area and a laundry room with GE appliances allows for on-site laundering.
The second and third floors host the homes luxury sleeping accommodations. The second floor Master Suite overlooks the rear of the property and features a private balcony, a King bed, a flat screen TV, a BluRay player, and a walk-in closet. The on suite Master Bath has a private water closet, a large jacuzzi tub, a stand-alone shower, and double sinks/vanities. The second floor also hosts a Queen Suite and Bunk room that share a balcony overlooking the front of the property. The Queen Suite has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and a BluRay player. The Bunk Room is complete with a queen-over-queen bunk with a full size trundle, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. A full bath with a shower/tub combo services the bunk room and Queen Suite.
The third floor mirrors the second floor, with the only exception being that the third floor front-facing balconies provide guests with stellar views of the Gulf of Mexico.
With six spacious bedrooms and over-sized living areas, this home is perfect for larger groups as it comfortably sleeps 20 guests.
The home also caters to the need of young ones. In total, the home offers one full size wooden crib, a fold up Pack n Play, one bassinette, 2 high chairs, and a booster seat.
Looking to head from the pool to the beach? A short stroll down a quiet road will have you with your feet in the sand in just two minutes, with no busy roads to cross. The Beach access features a picnic area, restrooms and water fountain for your convenience. Car and golf cart parking is available at the beach access, though not necessary for guests staying at Betty as its such a close walk.
Betty is also within walking distance of several local restaurants, Including Goatfeathers, Local Catch, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Perfect Pig and so many more (There is also a package store and pharmacy right there). One block away on the corner is a bike rental store and famous local ice cream store called "Under the Sea". They also rent Golf Carts, kayaks, and paddle boards. If you're Interested in a beach Bon fire, Momma Bear Beach Bonfires does an amazing job.
A little ways West (25 min) is the Destin area, which has a vast array of additional activities including deep sea fishing charters, water sports such as parasailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, mini golf, water parks and much more. If you're a shopping enthusiast, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard and the outlet malls at Miramar will not disappoint!
Linens, Bath towels and a starter amenity kit are provided. We do not provide beach towels.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! There were 13 girls total for my bachelorette trip and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

We LOVED our stay at Gulf View - 30A. Taylan and Michelle were very professional and answered any queries we had promptly and efficiently. The house is absolutely beautiful with every ammenity imaginable. The location can't be beat, the private pool was perfect for our family, and we look forward to returning in the future. This place is awesome!

Great house and location! Loved that it was in a quieter area. Really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bikes. Very happy with easy communication with owner. Would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future!

Property is beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 10 ladies. Walking distance to beach was perfect. Community is quiet and peaceful. Only real issue was the hall bathroom shower was excessively slow draining, so we downstairs shower was used in place of it, somewhat inconvenient to have to go up and down stairs to have a shower.

Host was amazing. Very responsive about all the details pre check in. Easy to get chairs/umbrellas for Old Florida Beach which is super quiet. Legit 3 minute walk to the beach. Love the road it’s on. House has great layout. Everything nice and clean. Pool is perfect as well. Highly recommend!

Taylan and Michelle have done an outstanding job of providing an amazing home for family vacation! It's abundantly stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the beach. The kitchen has double ovens, double refrigerators AND double dishwashers as well as an abundant supply of cookware and dishes.The bedding was spotlessly clean and cozy! There is a "treasure chest" of pool and beach toys and a wagon to help transport things to the beach. There were 11 of us, ages 7-65, and we had plenty of room for all. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion
My husband I hosted our grown children & spouses & small children. We had a marvelous time at the “BETTY” House in Santa Rosa. It was a quick walk to the beach each day, & the owners provided some chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, & a little wagon to carry your supplies down to the beach boardwalk. Our little ones were all under the age of 7, so we appreciated a locked fence around the swimming pool, which we enjoyed every afternoon after the beach. Plenty of places to eat inside, front porch, backyard. We thought it was a great rental.

Great house. So easy to get to beach.
We had BIG family and 7 grands aged 3-11. Loved the large living area and having 2 refrigerators. Pool was large enough for the kids. We all loved having it away from house so no buzzer on the door. So nice to have beach chairs and toys. Outdoor area was perfect for our young boys to pitch with their dads. Close to beach which is a MAJOR plus…people could come and go from beach. Owners so easy to work with. Loved it!!!

Great Locatirotn
My grandkids love this house. They call it "our beach house". It is great for kids, lots of room to spread out. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool is a big plus. The only thing that we didn't realize until we got there is the grill is not gas.

Heavenly
Everything about this place was perfect. It was roomy, the kitchen was great. We had a wide range of ages and everyone was pleased. I stressed out so much before this trip, wondering how it would work out and it exceeded my expectations. This was a fiftieth wedding anniversary celebration and I saved for a long time and it was worth every penny.

Awesome Vacation Home!
We loved this home! Plenty of space and amenities. It is a short walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool that we took advantage of each afternoon. The kitchen was great for making meals and we had a great time having our morning coffee on the front porch.

Amazing place
We spent a long weekend to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. All age ranges...infant to 90. Accommodations were great. Plenty of baby equipment too. Location couldn't be beat. 2 min walk to amazing beach.

Fantastic Hosts and Awesome Property
We visited Michelle and Taylan's "Betty" property and were blown away with their communication, location and property. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday with all of our children, spouses and grandchildren. The house sleeps 20 comfortably and the kitchen was fantastic. Equipped with double dishwashers, double refrigerators and a wine cooler. In addition to the above, this property is a "must location" sitting just two blocks off the beach and south of 30A!

Great Beach Vacation
The house was beautiful. The location was perfect! The kitchen was huge and the 2 fridges were a great addition. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth. We will be back for sure.

Lovely Home with Pool Close to the Beach
Our group of 13 really enjoyed our stay at this sizeable 3-story home close to the beautiful beach. We had an option of use of the nice size pool or a short walk to the beach with quality restaurants nearby. We would recommend this home to anyone with a large family or group.

Beautiful location
You can’t beat the location. We loved the proximity to the beach and having the pool.
The house itself was fine, it needs some work. Even interior painting would help. We killed 2 cockroaches. There were 12 of us. No pantry-that would have been a godsend. 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers were a plus but one dishwasher didn’t clean dishes so we had to hand wash them. The pool was rather dirty and the charcoal grill way too small for a large group. For the price I expected better but we enjoyed our stay.

Great family home
Main floor was open and roomy. Great for family group and for little ones. So close to beach and dining! Very convenient. Great pool area.

Family Vacation
Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had a wonderful vacation. The location of this property is excellent, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for young children. The pool is also excellent at the property and we had it heated. Our children and adults were in it multiple times each day and they loved it. The property owner was also very responsive any time I had a question or problem.

Beach Trip
Enjoyed our stay at the Betty house! Had plenty of room and the house was well supplied. Would recommend getting the pool heated for October stays - we forgot to and likely would have used the pool more if we had. Overall would recommend this for future stays!

Gorgeous Beach Home for the WHOLE family
The property was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 6 kids. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the private pool was perfect for a break from the sun or beach or during naptime. The kitchen had everything we needed for a large family, and enough space for all of us to eat together. The 3rd floor balcony was a fantastic place to spend evening cocktail hours or have dance parties with the toddlers. We would definitely stay here again!
