Do you wake up with visions of white sand beaches, clear-green waters, palm trees, and a luxurious beach home stuck in your head? If so, the five bedrooms, four and two half bath 'Gulf Dreams' may be just the home for you! With an amazing private pool, an abundance of private outdoor space, top-of-the-line interior furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout, 'Gulf Dreams' is perfect for larger groups looking to stay near the beaches of Blue Mountain.

The open floor plan living area will greet guests to the home. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner Thermador range and a Subzero French door refrigerator. Enjoy your culinary creations at the formal dining area for ten, or elect for casual dining at five bar stools along the kitchen counter. The living room provides luxurious accommodations with a special touch. Seating for eight and a 75-inch flat screen TV allows for relaxation, while a double-sided fireplace provides comfort to guests in the living room and those on the screened-in porch lying just off of the living room! The screened-in porch overlooks the home's private pool and features seating, while a half bath services the porch and pool area.

The brand-new, private in-ground pool is a modern marvel right in your backyard! The pool is complete with a 10'X10' shelf which is perfect for tanning, lounging, or letting the kids splash around in shallow water. The adjoining 5 person spa is complete with jets and a small waterfall flows over into the large pool! In addition, custom lighting adorns the pool which means the area is perfect for nighttime entertainment.

First-floor sleeping accommodations come in the form of a Master Suite and a King Suite. The Master Suite features a king bed and private porch access. The en-suite Master Bath offers guests a stand-alone shower, a private water closet, and a large walk-in closet. The first-floor King Suite is complete with a king bed and a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The laundry room and a powder room that services the living area are also located on the first floor.

At the top of the steps, on the second-floor landing, guests will notice a large, barn-style door. Behind this door, you will find a bunk room and a guest suite with two queen beds. The bunk room has two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, a seating area with a Murphy bed, and a 60-inch flat-screen TV with a BluRay player. Connected to the bunk room but separated by a door, a double queen suite comfortably sleeps four guests. A full bath services these two bedrooms and this area serves well as sleeping accommodations for an entire family if traveling with multiple families. The second-floor King Suite houses a king bed and a flat-screen TV and is serviced by a full bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second floor also boasts a porch overlooking the front of the property and the community of Old Blue Mountain Beach.

Ample parking is available along the front and side of the property, while one car can be parked inside the garage, which is equipped with an EV charging outlet.
