This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from! 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Nice property

The property was nice overall. We would definitely stay here again! It is located in Highland Park. There is a great pool that we had access to. That was a nice addition when we wanted out of the sand! One downside, however, was the overall cleanliness. It was nice, clean enough, and kept up well. However, we found wrappers under furniture, there was dust buildup on some of the light switches, and some of the kitchen gadgets were not clean and had residue from the previous tenants. Overall, a nice stay though!

Santa Rosa

Very nice house. Only real issue was the ice maker/ water did not work in the refrigerator. We had to make 2 trips to the store for ice. Some hand soap in the bathrooms would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to that house.

Brown eyed girls

Such a cute house. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house backs up to a swamp/lake and it was a 10 min walk from the beach and a 15 min drive to Publix or Walmart. We loved how quiet it was at night because of the location. Rent a golf cart or be prepared to drive most places.

Pros & Cons

When we arrived we couldn't get into the property. We were given the code but not the instructions that you had to turn a knob to the right and then press on the latch at the same time. This was pretty key information that was left out. We had an ice cream cake in the car that we needed to get into the freezer so we were calling and leaving messages with the rental company so we could get in. Finally, someone came and got us into the house. Next, there was a Keurig and a very small 5 cup coffee maker that we of course didn't have filters for. There were no Keurig coffees and we didn't know we needed to get some before arriving. The property manager said they would try to bring a larger coffee maker the next day and they did. Next, let's talk about the mattress on the bed in the main bedroom. It was like sleeping on a piece of wood with a sheet and the thinnest comforter on it. It was the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. The other beds had better mattresses. Lastly, the house is nice and open and the kitchen is great! The area is good and they have a nice pool. Due to the mattress being so awful we would probably look for another house to rent in the area.

Brown Eyed Girl

Beautiful home in really nice neighborhood. Proximity to beach was farther than expected, parking at beach access is very limited. It's a bit of a haul on a bike. Rent a golf cart! Cute town at the beginning of 30A. Overall, home was exactly as pictured and is really nice!

Best House in the BEST Neighborhood!!

We have been staying in this particular neighborhood for about 4 years, this was our first time in this home. We LOVED it!! Very clean and spacious. All bedrooms were upstairs, which we loved with having young kids. The kitchen was amazing and very large! Quick golf cart drive to the beach and pool (also within walking distance). We would 100% stay at this property again! We highly recommend this neighborhood and home 🙌🏻

Very nice beachy house

Our family of five had a nice time staying at this property. It was very clean (especially important to us during covid). It was stocked with all the basics. There were enough garbage bags and dishwasher detergent to get us started, but we did need to pick up more of those things after a couple of days. There is both a keurig and coffee pot (perhaps helpful to know, so you can bring whichever form of coffee you prefer). The decor was nice, the kitchen and laundry functioned well, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved sitting out on the balcony. There is the upper level balcony, front porch area, and an outdoor area on the back of the house, so there were plenty of options for that. The beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets in the house, but not a big deal. We found driving to blue mountain beach to be the best bet for our family as it is over a mile away. The adults enjoyed walking the path along 30A to the bakery and juice bar (a little less than a mile each way). The pool and hot tub are nice, the water was pretty chilly in April, but a nice area to hang out all the same. We only reached out to the management company once with a small issue, and received a very prompt reply. Thanks for the nice stay!

Family Spring Break Stay

Beautiful property and in the center of other 30a beaches. Beach is literally less than 10 minute walk away. Home is very clean and well stocked.
