About this beach home:
The Grayt Magnolia is a new construction home built in the heart of Grayton Beach, south of 30A! The home is on a quiet street and just a 3 minute walk to the beach access. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, this home can comfortably sleep up to 10, making this the perfect location for a multigenerational family or friend group. Take a stroll to The Red Bar, Chiringo, or AJ’s, or hop on your bike as Watercolor and Seaside are just minutes away. The Grayt Magnolia is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy everything that 30A beaches have to offer!


The space:
*First floor KING bedroom with ensuite bath, walk-in shower (perfect for grandparents or for those with mobility concerns).
*Second floor GRAND Primary KING bedroom with spacious ensuite bath that includes a walk-in shower, separate freestanding tub, 2 vanities. Comfortable sitting area, desk, and large walk-in closet.
*Second floor KING bedroom with ensuite bath, walk-in shower.
*Second floor TWIN bedroom with ensuite bath with tub/shower combo and double sinks. Access from the hallway as well, making this the perfect space for kids and adults alike!
*Third floor den complete with pull-out sofa, large HDTV, mini frig and powder bath.
*Spacious entryway/mudroom to leave all of the beach toys ready for the next day!
*First floor laundry room with SECOND refrigerator to which allows you to keep the home well stocked for your stay. Full size washer and dryer, counterspace to fold.
*Open and airy well-stocked open concept kitchen ideal for preparing family meals after sun-filled days at the beach. Quartz countertops, Zellig backsplash, gas stove, and large refrigerator provide a lovely space for all of your kitchen needs. Island provides seating for 4, table with comfortable seating for up to 8.
*Living room with multiple seating options, large HDTV. Stocked with games for indoor entertainment.
*First floor powder bath.
*Beautiful private pool with optional seasonal heating (please inquire about availability and cost).
*Backyard seating with table for 6 and loungers.
*Built-in outdoor gas grill.
*Outdoor shower.
*HDTVs in all bedrooms, living room, and 3rd floor den.
*Ecobee thermostats.
*Large walk-in pantry.
*2 Beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs provided.

General:
Due to severe EpiPen allergies in our family, our home is NOT pet-friendly.
Pool Heating is available seasonally, September-April. Please inquire about cost if desired.
Weekly pool and yard service provided to ensure a clean and comfortable outdoor space.
The home uses exterior security cameras facing away from home and monitoring activity approaching home's entrances.
Sleeps 8-10 comfortably.
A rental agreement with security deposit will be required.

Great experience!

Overall the place was gorgeous, clean, great location, and an awesome experience start to finish. Literally the only thing I could say just to provide a recommendation for the property would be to switch to keyless entry. Having to enter a code to get a key from the lock box was just a bit of a pain with a group of multiple people staying with us, but it really did not hinder our experience. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone!!

Great house!

Very clean and spacious house, close to restaurants and the beach, great little pool for when then ocean is a bit rough. Only thing I would recommend changing is that they provide a small amount of amenities (tp, soaps, kitchen basics), but not enough to get through our 5 day stay. Wish they had provided more as it is frustrating to buy full-size items for a short trip. Otherwise a great stay!

Absolutely GRAYT!

We love this home! This was our second time staying in this home and we will be back again! The rooms all have en suite bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped, and the living room very comfortable.

Great Anniversary Trip!

Stayed at this property for 5 days, 4 nights to celebrate my 5 year wedding anniversary. We found the house to be clean, very well decorated and furnished. The property management was very responsive. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool with the longer shelf was perfect for our 1.5 year old and for laying out. Would definitely recommend this property.
