  • Una cabaña de playa bellamente renovada con el encanto de la Florida antigua, una piscina privada, un porche cubierto, y todo a solo unos pasos de las playas blancas como el azúcar de South Walton. Está ubicado en una calle tranquila, pero a solo unas cuadras del corazón de Grayton Beach.

    El primer piso de Shenanigans tiene 2 dormitorios, cada uno con una cama tamaño queen. También hay dos baños en este nivel y un pasillo con 4 literas. El estudio de abajo tiene puertas francesas que dan al patio y la piscina en el patio trasero cercado.

    En el segundo nivel, encontrarás 3 dormitorios más y 2 baños más. Un relajante estudio en el piso de arriba conduce a un comedor y una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas. Hay asientos adicionales en el bar y otra mesa de comedor para seis personas en el porche cubierto justo al lado del comedor. La cocina está actualizada y completamente equipada con electrodomésticos, platos y utensilios.

The house is just as described and clean. You can’t beat the location. Lots of beach items are already at the house. The screened in porch was nice for younger kids to play in.

We had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience! The home was exactly as pictured, clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little later, which we really appreciated.One of the biggest surprises was the abundance of beach supplies. There were far more chairs, toys, and beach items than we expected, making our trips to the beach so easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We just got back from a wonderful week stay at Shenanigans. This house was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool area is huge and very relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with every type of pan/pot/utensil needed to make meals. Mindy was a pleasure to work with and super helpful in answering all of our questions. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

This is our third time to stay in this house. It's perfect - easy walk to the fabulous beach, homey and comfortable, and extremely well-equipped. Mindy, the owner/manager, is fabulous to work with. We hope we can keep coming back!

We had an incredible stay! Two families shared the home, and it was the perfect setup—spacious, comfortable, and in an ideal location. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the charm of the small community. The kids especially had a blast biking everywhere.Mindy was wonderful to work with—so helpful and easy throughout the entire process.For the price point, it would have been a nice added touch if bikes or a golf cart were included, but overall it didn’t take away from a fantastic experience. This was our first trip to Grayton Beach, and it definitely won’t be our last. We made so many special memories!

Our family - 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 3-8 - really enjoyed our stay. Great location (quiet street, easy access to the beach). Spacious layout. Large pool. Very well apportioned kitchen and home. Comfortable and very clean. Amazing responsiveness and an extremely high degree of customer service really took this property from great to excellent. 10/10. We will absolutely seek out this property when we come back to Grayton Beach in the future!

Grayton Beach Getaway

This place was perfect for a large group! Very close to the beach access and shops/restaurants nearby. It is a very quiet area too which was a plus! House was very clean as well. Would stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We loved staying at this house. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was very responsive to anything we needed. We loved having the pool in the backyard, Very impressed!
