This beautiful home offers luxurious accommodations for up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in a family-friendly resort community. Thoughtfully designed with premium appliances and warm wooden floors, this home is designed to provide a luxurious vacation experience with all the amenities that your family would expect from a world-class vacation!
In this carefully-curated vacation home you'll discover four covered porches that beckon you to unwind and savor the coastal breeze. The back porch, a screened-in oasis of tranquility, provides a picturesque vista overlooking the tranquil expanse of Point Washington Forest, just beyond the peaceful pond that borders your back yard. The fully-appointed kitchen, with granite countertops, is perfect for the even the most discriminating home-chef. After all, just because you're on vacation, doesn't mean that you can't have sit-down family meals! Cook for the whole family, while enjoying the distinctive kitchen island with drop pendant lights and (new) stainless steel appliances.
The first Master King Suite is located on the first (perfect for those who have problems with stairs). This first floor Master Suite comes complete with a luxurious King bed, and has it's own stunning bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower! The second floor Master Suite has a King bed and private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. There is a third (Junior) Master Suite, with a walk-in shower on the third floor as well, along with the bunkroom, with two (2) sets of Twin-over-Queen bunk beds, the perfect place for the kid's to hang out!. All bedrooms have access to their own private bathroom, meaning no fighting over the shower on this vacay!
The huge, screened-in back patio-porch is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite beverage, relax while taking in the splendor of the adjacent pond or Point Washington Forest, or grill out on the propane (provided) grill. Upstairs, there is a covered, screened-in balcony with peaceful views of the adjacent pond and a covered, front-facing balcony as well!
