The pictures tell it all! San Remo 301, located in Blue Mountain, on the Gulf side of 30A, has been architecturally detailed in a unique manner that provides stunning water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and queen guest room. At 2100 sq. ft., this is one of only 4 oversized END units in this complex, providing ample living area, a large wrap-around balcony with multiple seating areas and a large dining table. This unit overlooks the beach, the fountain pond inhabited with turtles and the Olympic size pool & hot tub.

Guests will truly feel relaxed in the king master bedroom with morning views of the Gulf. Unwind in the serenity of the oversized master bathroom with your own private Jacuzzi bathtub and oversized shower. The second guest room is outfitted with TWO queen beds, private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Nestled in the adjacent corner is a cozy twin over twin bunk room (third bedroom) with their own flat-screen TV, perfect for the kids! The fourth guest room with a Queen bed boasts gorgeous views! The living/dining area is wide open and includes a 52” widescreen TV. Guests will never want to leave!

San Remo is one of the finest beachfront complexes on 30A. As a private, gated community that is only 4 stories, there is never an overcrowded feeling. The San Remo beach area is beautiful, spacious, and uncrowded. The combination of convenient beach access and the fountain pond provide a truly unique atmosphere. Remember, all beaches are not created equal!

Just out the front door and about a five-minute walk to the west, you’ll find yourself at Gulf Place.
Restaurants, Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream & Candy Shop, Shunk Gulley (Live music, sports screens and great oysters); Growler’s Garage, (upscale custom brewed beers), coffee & cupcake shop and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo. Located on the 18+ mile asphalt bike/walking trail, it provides unlimited entertainment opportunities for all ages, including summer concerts on the Gulf Place Green.

When your beach day concludes, you can hop in the car & head 5 miles east on 30A to Watercolor and Seaside for shopping & dining or take a 20-minute drive west and explore fine shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard shopping center, offering a wonderful array of dining choices-Cantina Loredo, Mitchell's Fish Market and Restaurant, Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe, and Flemings Steak House. You can also enjoy in theater dining at the movie theatre in Miramar Beach. Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin is also a quick drive which offers quaint shops, numerous restaurants, nightclubs, live open-air concerts, and great people watching, or continue on to Destin for fishing, dining and shopping galore!

Family Vacation!

Absolutely loved this place! Was very clean, has a beautiful view of the beach from the patio. Short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Close to so many wonderful places to eat and shop. This family from Mississippi was absolutely happy to be there.

Not sure where to begin -- the home is beautiful. 5 adults and 4 children and we were so comfortable. The home is immaculate. The view simply stunning and the location is probably the best of any rental we have had on the Emerald Coast. Not surprising, they chose a strong property management team that communicated well and handle only one issue we had and it was our issue, not the condo. With location, size, beach chairs and functionality, this unit is a value. Many wonderful memories were made on our stay. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

We loved this condo. It's neat and clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gulf view too. The only minor issue, was we wish they had directions on how to operate the remotes for the TVs.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! There were 10 of us including an 11 month old. The condo was all on one level which concerned me a little about being crowded but it was big enough and spread out in such a way that it worked out great! We loved the location as well. It was close to a lot of restaurants, etc. and not crowded. We plan to come back!!

Great Location

It was a great property. The views and space were perfect for what we needed. When we first checked in the unit was extremely dusty and made us nervous that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We contacted the property manager and they had someone out to remedy the situation quickly. The space is large and felt welcoming. We had 8 adults and kids with us and never felt on top of each other. We would definitely come back and stay at this same property.

Wonderful stay in great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The wrap around balcony was wonderful and the views as well. Plenty of space to spread out. Location is very convenient. Easy walk down to beach. King mattress was very comfortable. Unit well stocked. We will be back!!!

Great place to stay with outstanding views!

My family and I have been to Santa Rosa for 8 years in a row with the last 6 on the San Remo property. This was the nicest condo we have stayed at on the property and the wrap around deck offers outstanding views of the gulf and pond. We will be back to 301!

Beautiful Condo!!

We could not be more pleased with our stay in this condo. The location within the small complex was excellent as it is on the end so we had plenty of room outside to keep all beach toys and chairs without bringing sand into the room. We had 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 9 and there was plenty of room for all. Because of COVID we cooked most meals on the available grill by the pool. We bought fresh seafood at a local store for grilling. We walked to the nearby ice cream shop for a cool treat. Will definitely be back!!

The condo had the best view, being on the 3rd floor you could really see the gorgeous gulf waters and lots of dolphins too! The condo itself was very spacious and had everything you need for a great vacation! Can’t wait to go back!
