“Happy Days on 30A” is only a short walk, or golf cart ride (in the FREE golf cart) to 30A's newest beach access; and just one house down from the community pool!



Welcome to, “Happy Days on 30A,” your coastal home away from home! This open concept 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house boasts a comfortable coastal style, with a family-friendly layout so everyone feels right at home! Upon entering the home you will notice the open feel of the family room, kitchen, and dining spaces. With seating for 8 at the dining table, and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island, there will be plenty of seating for everyone in your group! The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay and boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.



On this first level of the home, you will find 2 of the homes with 4 king bedrooms!! A first-floor master is wonderful for those guests who don't love the steps, and a guest room with a king bed and access to the hallway full bathroom means everyone has their own comfortable space to sleep and get ready for the day. Also conveniently located on the first floor of the home is the home's laundry closet and access to the home's back patio area. Grill out your catch of the day, or just wind down after a long day at the beach on the home relaxing back patio space.



On the 2nd floor of the home, you will find the home's other 2 kings suites as well as a set of beautiful built-in hallway bunks!! Off of the king suite, you can enjoy the fresh salty ocean air and enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap on the home's private screened-in balcony!
