ABOUT THE HOME: Beachwalker Bliss is the vacation rental you will want to visit year after year. This single story 3 bedroom home sleeps 9 people, and is nestled away on a cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. This beloved home features a secluded private pool and jacuzzi in a backyard oasis. The open floor plan is ideal for family fun and entertaining. Let the kids splash around in the pool while you put your legs up and relax after a fun day on the endless white sandy beach. There's a lovely wrap around porch, outside shower, and the home is loaded up with all the fun stuff: bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a grill.

The name ”Beachwalker” comes from the happy times I spent with my family on Amelia Island at my Grandparents house on Beach Walker road as I grew up. I told my wife tales of that place often and we searched hard to find something that had both the romance of the original Beach Walker property and the new things we coveted like being just a 10 minute bike ride from all the fun at Seaside. We were lucky enough to find it here in Beachwalker Bliss at Seagrove Beach – we hope you love it as much as we do.

ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience. From long walks on the beach, to taking Jeeps off road, 30a has everything you and your guests need to enjoy a great get away.

BEACH ACCESS: There are several beach path accesses just a few blocks away. There is no parking or other amenities but they are very close. The closest beach with parking, showers and restrooms is Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, which is less than .5 miles to the East.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

First Impressions Say It All
Our first impression upon arrival and seeing the Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Area was disappointing and shocking to say the least. The pool and hot tub were dirty so we notified the management company , 3A Beach Girls and they sent someone out to "'clean" the pool, all he did was use the skimmer to remove some of the debri. After he left and we looked around some more, we noticed how filthy the patio furniture, deck and grill were, some of the patio furniture and a small table had been chewed by someones dog.. In the kitchen, we found that someone had put dirty dishes, pans cups and utensils back into the drawers and cabinets. My husband contacted 3A again but heard NOTHING back from them until I posted a negative comment on their Facebook page a week later, and the day after, they sent someone to deliver flowers and a note apologizing. Because we did not hear from them immediately as promised, my husband spent all of the first day cleaning the dirty plates, etc, and EVERYTHING outside. The amount of dirt that came off of the patio table was disturbing, the white cloth was BLACK!. We discovered that the bench for the table was broken also. The final straw was when we were sitting outside on day 10 (we rented for 2 weeks) when the landscape guy showed up with a leaf blower unannounced and walked into the backyard where we were relaxing around the pool. I have Asthma, and the leaf blower fumes set it off. I was pretty upset given the course of events that had occurred since our arrival. I called the management company and they said they would be right out. Holly and 2 other ladies arrived to discuss what had happened. They claim they never got our messages about the problems, yet they had responded regarding the pool, and one other time because we had an issue with the noise from the smoke detector. They apologized and asked us how they could "make it right" offering us a credit for 1 night which we still have not seen on our credit card. Ultimately, these issues should not have occurred, the property should have been cleaned inside and out and ready for our arrival which it was not. While the location close to the beach and the privacy of the neighborhood were fantastic, our experience with management company was not. Ultimately, someone neglected to do their job to make sure the property was ready for our arrival. We will not rent it again, nor anything else that 3A Beach Girls offers.

Great location and house but...
This is a very nice house and a great location. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach, and close to Seaside. However, upon our arrival we saw that the pool was absolutely filthy. It could not be used for three of our five day stay. We chose this house for the pool and were very disappointed that it was kept in such poor condition. The average cost per night for this house was $1600 so we expected all of the amenities to be in tip top shape. The backyard is infested with mosquitos. The trash cans were full upon our arrival. And the third bedroom has glass doors that connect to the main living space. So our children found it difficult to sleep when anyone was in the kitchen and living room area. We would not stay at this house again. I hope that they work these issues out for future guests.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The Nest thermostat did give us some problems at night when trying to keep the house cool - it kept resetting itself to a higher temp than originally set - this was reported to the property manager so it may no longer be a problem. The pool was not clean when we arrived and the property mgr was able to finally get a pool company to clean it 2 days after our arrival. The house is a very short and manageable walk to beach - take note that the beach is well below street level and many stairs must be negotiated to reach the sand. But the beach is beautiful. The home is also close to Seaside where we had a few meals and went shopping. We cooked out on the provided gas grill which was clean and relatively new. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 stars with the only real issues being those already mentioned. The entire family really enjoyed the stay. If you're looking for a 3 bed 2 bath home this would be perfect for you.

Wonderful vacation
This home is exceptional, the pool is a major plus. Only lacked one item and it appeared quickly after we asked. Quick access to beach and not far from food, shopping, etc. Everyone had a wonderful time, hope to return next summer!

Beach getaway
Property was beautiful. There were 2 golf carts parked in the driveway when we arrived. I had asked for an early check-in and cleanup crew was denied. The clean up crew was 30 minutes late getting finished. We were delayed being able to check in and then the golfcarts were parked in a manner that we had to park down the drive way where it was difficult to get in and out. The golf carts were left by previous tenant to be picked up the next day... They wound up staying there in our way for 2 days. UGH. The pool heater had been left on and the pool temp was 97 degrees so it was the next day before we could use it. Trash cans were overflowing along side the driveway. First impressions were not good but inside the house was very nice. When you pay this price though you expect it to be perfect.
