ABOUT EASTSIDE WAVE
Eastside Wave is a two-story, 5-bedroom, 3-bath home in the gated Gulf Trace neighborhood of Grayton Beach on 30A, with sleeping for 12. It has a private pool behind a 6-foot privacy fence, Gulf views from the main living area, and a Gulf Trace beach walkover about 50 yards away.

The open living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, large windows and plenty of seating, and the kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The home has two living areas with smart TVs and YouTube TV, and a tankless water heater keeps hot water flowing.

On the first floor, the Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and Bedroom 2 has a king bed and uses a first-floor bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a deck with a Gulf view, and the loft has two twin beds, a large TV, board games and puzzles. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The fenced pool area has a sun deck, shaded lounge space, a natural gas grill and an outdoor shower. Pool heat is available for $50 per day during the cooler months. Covered parking under the home includes a shaded play area.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The closest Gulf Trace beach walkover is to the east, about a 1-minute walk, 3 houses from the home. The next walkover is 5 more houses down and has a boardwalk with no steps, which makes it easy to bring a wagon or rolling cooler. Just east of Gulf Trace, the Grayton Beach access at the end of DeFuniak Street has a lifeguard on duty during the season, and Grayton Beach State Park is nearby.

TRANSPORTATION
- Parking is limited to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
- Golf carts are not allowed in Gulf Trace, and outside golf cart rentals are not permitted.
- Bikes are not included.
