The Space:

Experience the tranquil charm of Santa Rosa Beach at this beautifully updated coastal cottage in gated Old Florida Village, designed for families and friends. The open-concept layout blends easygoing style with functionality, featuring a bright living room for movie nights and a fully equipped kitchen for shared meals. With two King suites and a spacious 3rd-floor loft, this home offers plenty of room to spread out. Step outside to your private outdoor lounge, complete with a gas grill and space to soak in the Florida sun.

Golf Cart Rental: Included, Third-Party Activation Required — A 6-seater golf cart comes included with the home via 30A Gulf Carts. To use it, guests must sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts, provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage, and pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Activation instructions are sent after booking.

Permitted Vehicles: 2 vehicles maximum

Parking Type: Free parking on premises; a community overflow lot is also available

Restrictions: No U-Hauls, boats, or trailers

Street Parking: Not permitted

Access: Beach access via Spooky Lane, about 0.4 miles / an 8-minute walk.



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
