The open-concept first floor creates a warm and inviting gathering space with two comfortable sitting areas surrounding a flat-screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. The dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the well-appointed kitchen featuring high-end appliances, granite countertops, and generous workspace for preparing family meals or snacks.

The first-floor guest suite includes a king bed and private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Wonderful home away from home

Nine family members from 5-69 stayed for a week in this lovely home. Well-appointed and credible thought was given to details in every aspect of the property. The outdoor firepit ran out of gas late one night and after I emailed the property manager, the tank was quickly replaced. One huge advantage we all recognized was that the two living areas, generous kitchen area, and large dining table provided a place we could all be together, while not piled on top of each other! This property even included extra toilet paper, which others we have stayed in did not. We came prepared this year and didn't need the extra! The porches and outdoor screened areas were such fun gathering places even on the day we had rain all day! We would definitely recommend this property and are considering coming back to the same one next year--which we typically try out different ones each year.

Beautiful Property

We stayed with another family at this property. It was the perfect amount of space. The kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed having the golf cart. We can’t say enough great things about this property. We are already planning our next trip!

Best house ever!

We’ve been to Watercolor three times now. Each time has been fabulous, but we’ve stayed in a different house every time. When we return for a fourth trip, we will search out 91 Blue jack first. Wonderful layout- expansive but still intimate. Plenty of outdoor seating, and great indoor layout for family time. (Two couples with 4 kids.) master bedrooms were both fantastic, and the large golf cart was perfect.

Beautiful house with golf cart!

Our family really enjoyed the location, and many features of this really pretty house! We loved the porch with the swing, and ambiance of the house! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy! Overall we really liked the house. Only cons were the golf cart had a flat tire( in a storm of course) and had to call the company to come pick it up. They were fast and got it pretty quickly however it was on a Sunday and couldn’t repair it that day so we were without a golf cart for 1.5 days. Also the other front tire was worn to the steel belts. So overall just better maintenance of the golf cart! We loved the ice machine in the kitchen and the kitchen was fully with everything could we need! Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful property

This property is better than advertised. Lots of very nice touches. The management company was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have never stayed in this part of Watercolor before, and with a golf cart it is easy to get around anywhere. Our family loved it and we highly recommend it to others!

Felt right at home!

Absolutely lovely property that was immaculately clean, user friendly and very comfortable! We had quite a mix of ages and had friends over frequently. The house met and exceeded all of our need! Very friendly to the home chef as we are several meals in due to COVID related restaurant delays. There was a ton of space and I think it was larger than the pictures showed. We live the quiet of this section of watercolor but the easy access to trails and the frog pool. It was all-around great!!

Amazing home! Perfectly appointed

We came in from Oregon for a close friend's wedding on the beach and reception. We loved every aspect of this home. Location was perfect for beach, biking, relaxing on the screened in porch. We also rented a golf cart which was great. Highly recommend.

Out of This World!!!

We've been on 10 cruises over the past several years and visited most of the islands in the Caribbean and thought we had to leave the U.S. to have a great vacation with beautiful beaches and high end living, however, we were wrong! 91 Bluejack and the Lake District of Watercolor gave us that same quality life style and it was Out of This World! Top 10 reasons we LOVED 91 Bluejack (in no particular order): 1) The home was beautiful, clean, modern and smelled like new construction. 2) The massive swing on the screened in porch was peaceful and tranquil. 3) The kitchen stove and refrigerator were Top of the Line, high quality and used 3 times daily! 4) Our agent Connie was professional, kind and exceeded our expectations. 5) The twice daily bicycle rides through the neighborhood gave us a relaxing experience we will never forget. 6) The beach was perfect, beautiful, clean and the water was clear. 7) The tin roof was perfect for sleeping when it rained. 8) Frog Pond was close, heated and perfect for a quick swim...several times a day. 9) Publix was close and convenient. 10) Did I say the porch swing was perfect? Thank you for letting us borrow your beautiful home this week. We LOVED it!! The Lewis'
