Classic Seagrove Cottage One Block from 30A Beach Access

This newly updated Seagrove Cottage was once owned by the original developer of Seagrove - CH 'Cube' McGee. Right in the middle of everything 30A, this renovated and updated cottage is surrounded and shaded by beautiful oaks that are unique to this beach area of Florida. An awesome location as you are just one block away from the Public Beach Access at the intersection of 30A and Hwy 395. On your short 400 ft walk to the beach, you will pass the original Seagrove Village Market, a restaurant and Seagrove gift shop, and it's sister restaurant - the upscale Surfing Deer which is on Scenic Hwy 30A and 395 south.

Beach Access : There are large sections of the 30A beach that recently have had restricted access due to homeowner ownership of the sand to the wet sand water line.
Our beach Access, known as Scenic 395 Beach Access, has the largest open neighborhood beach access in Seagrove Beach. No need to worry about getting your perfect place in the sun and sand! This beach access point is 400' from your front door and has no vehicle parking which ensures no crowds to manage. Its like your own 30A private beach!

Seagrove Classic is also just a short walk or bike ride to the town of Seaside, FL. The Seaside Square is known for its unique shops and restaurants, in fact, all of 30A is known for its upscale shopping and dining. Grab a quick bite at the food trucks or enjoy a gulf front dining experience. For a quick bite for lunch or dinner, the Seagrove Village Market is right next door to your house! Either way you are right in the middle of the 30A action here at the Seagrove house.

When you enter our updated Classic Seagrove gem, you will feel its unique classic vibe with a modern twist. Entering a beautiful sunroom with walls of windows, you are able to see the heart of Seagrove first hand and enjoy a perfect people watching spot. Each room is unique and fully renovated with shiplap walls and modern accents. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom is spacious and has room to sleep up to 8 with the extra pull out couch. Enjoy outdoor time under the lights on the patio and a large spacious fenced in back yard. The outdoor space also includes a grill and heated outdoor shower. Large paver parking area that can fit up to 6 cars!

Had a wonderful 2-week stay in Old Seagrove at this property. The property has been thoughtfully renovated and updated, and has a great, highly usable fenced-in outdoor space and yard (a rarity in the area). The home was perfect for our extended holiday stay.If you plan to frequent surrounding beach communities (Seaside, Grayson, etc), i highly recommend contacting the property owner to add a golf cart rental to your stay.This property will absolutely be on our watch list for future 30A vacations, highly recommend!

We had a great week-long stay here. It comfortably fit our family of 6 plus a baby for Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, toiletries, you name it. You cannot beat the location. A short and enjoyable walk to the beach, downtown Seaside, and our favorite, the Surfing Deer restaurant. Lloyd was super responsive and helpful in answering any of our questions. We will definitely be back.

Seagrove

Amazing stay!! The property is very clean and has everything we needed! Very cute interior decorations. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes, and they have beach umbrellas, chair & wagon included which was an unexpected but exciting bonus! Walk to Seaside is about 12 mins, and not too hot if you take the neighborhood roads.The communication was excellent, within 30 mins if we ever had a question. I highly recommend and would love to stay here again for a visit to Seaside/Seagrove!

Loyd and Cindy were wonderful hosts, their cottage is in an excellent location… well stocked, exceptionally clean, beds were extremely comfortable and every detail exactly what you would want for a perfect beach trip! I highly recommend their cottage! Loyd made certain our every need was met for our trip. We loved exploring Seagrove in the golf cart! And loved the beach access so close to the cottage…don’t hesitate if you are going to Seagrove to experience this precious cottage…

This cozy cottage was perfect our trip! It was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 2 adults and our 4 college age daughters. The location was great with easy beach access. I would highly recommend this property and we will stay here again if it is available!

Easy confort

This home is great. Good location close to the beach and a lunch/dinner place, stocked with the basics for a week and extra nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which is such a treat. Beds were comfy and the house is adorable and comfortable.

We had such a great stay in this darling house! Lloyd and his wife were so attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house is incredibly well equipped and is in a fantastic location. We rented the golf cart available with the property, and it was such a great way to get around. Spring Break Trip

Loved everything about our stay, from the booking, check in, communication with the host, our stay, and the check out process. The house is beautiful. It’s in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk, bike, or golf cart ride over to Seaside. Renting bikes was convenient. Loved they provided beach chairs and there was a shower outside to rinse off the sand. There were so many good restaurants and a Publix close by. The board games in the game room were a hit on a rainy day. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. It had the perfect amount of space for myself, my 18 year old twins, and 2 of their friends. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lloyd made the entire process easy and was available for my questions throughout our stay. The property was a very short walk to the beach, and we used their golf cart and it was a very short drive to Seaside restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Perfect location and set up!

Stayed here for family spring break, including high school and college aged kids. Location was perfect - super easy walk to the beach. 1/2 mile easy walk to town. House is nicely appointed with smart TVs in every room, Keurig machine, outdoor shower with hot water for washing off after the beach, comfy beds, plenty of beach towels, games, and 2 ACs so everyone was comfortable. Hosts have really paid attention to the little details and were very responsive to questions both before and during the trip. Ability to rent golf cart was a nice addition. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This beautiful Seagrove cottage was perfectly located about a block from the beach and within walking distance of Seaside shops. We thoroughly enjoyed getting morning coffee at Black Bear (delicious pastries as well), Publix was a 5 min golf cart ride away, and the bikes that came with the property were perfect for afternoon bike rides. Great location, beautiful home, and very responsive hosts!

The Green Dream

We loved our stay at this Classic Seagrove Cottage. We always stay on Grove St, but when our normal house was booked we found ourselves searching for another home in the our favorite neighborhood. The Green Dream (as we called it) was perfect. Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The towels and bedding were plush, which isn’t always the case, so I greatly appreciate the extra effort there. We did pay extra for the golf cart and we really enjoyed the convenience. If you have questions about the location let me assure you it is absolutely perfect. We’ve been staying on grove st for years now and the beach access is never overcrowded. We easily walk to the beach every morning, back home for lunch and then back out for a few more hours in the afternoon. It is about a 2-5 minute walk, depending on if you have kids or not. You won’t regret booking this cottage!

Quick summer tri[

We had 1 adult and 3 teen boys to have a quick trip with friends. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We rented the golf cart for a couple of days and it was perfect! This is a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again!

This was the second time we chose this place. It’s a perfect walk from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery and anything else you need. Not to mention the house is great has everything you need and a neat sun room.
