Cassine Gardens 184 is a beautiful complex surrounded by nature in Seagrove Beach, centrally located to put you within minutes of all the activities on your 30A vacation. This townhome features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths that can accommodates up to 8 guests. It has a easy beach access, and is just a short walk from the community pool!

Upon entering, you're greeted by an open dining and entertaining area with comfortable seating and a large TV. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen, adorned in bright whites, includes a standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and a bar area with seating for four. Additionally, the dining area seats six.

For convenience, there's a powder room near the front door. Outside the living room, a screened-in patio provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, and houses a full-size washer and dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 2nd floor, King bed, tv, private balcony access, private bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor, Queen bed, Twin-over-Twin Bunk bed, private bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combination.
*Sofa in the living room (1st floor) pulls out to a Queen Bed (Sofa Bed).

Beach Access:
Head south out of the neighborhood, turning right onto Myrtle. Take this out to Highway 30A, and cross the road to the bike path. just west on 30A at Seagrove Place is your beach access.

Cassine Gardens:
Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, a community pool, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Cassine Gardens is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across Scenic 30A.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
