Cleverly hidden in plain sight! Some of the best kept secrets are right in front of you. “Does anyone know who Hattie is?” Pinkie Flamingo overheard a couple of neighbors on the corner of the popular Village of Sugar Beach discussing her newest guest nest. “I heard Hattie is the heir to the Goran Hat Empire,” one fashionable hipster wearing a stylish Fedora speculated. His friend suggested “I always thought she was a famous movie star and had to hide out here to avoid the paparazzi.”

Who's Your Hattie? It is a mystery that may never be solved. But one thing is for certain, Hattie's Hideaway in Seagrove Beach is the perfect place to get away from it all! Tucked just off of coastal Hwy 30A, this 3-story crash pad is hidden in the popular Village of Sugar Beach…super popular with guests looking for a coastal vibe and a near beach experience. Pinkie just loves Seagrove Beach…a slice of old Florida characterized by its serenity, its beautiful canopy of oaks, magnolias and hickory trees, and its well-balanced mix of dining and attractions. As a curator of fine vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf coast, it was Pinkie's duty to personally inspect each and every property is her distinctive portfolio.

Pinkie paused in front of 203 Sugar Sand Lane. She was immediately captivated by the appeal of the wraparound porches and the 6 new YOLO bikes standing ready in the bike stand…the promise of a fun in the sun was too much to resist. The inside of this house is great, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. The golf cart was great, it made it so much easier to get around on the hot summer days. The outside could use some maintenance. Lots of weeds in the front, the pool looks like it need to be refinished and most of the outdoor furniture is either broken or dirty.

Family at Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa is beautiful. And this house has many good features. It is setup well for multiple guest. The house is also an extremely short walk to the beach. The downside of our stay could be summed up to property maintenance and the lack of service or communication from property management. Two pieces of pool furniture were severely damaged upon arrival. The concrete pool had material visual stains. There were numerous other items throughout the home identified not on par with the listing. The assistance from the property manager was poor. We called property management multiple times the first day and were provided no return call. We did however receive a phone message asking for us to communicate through text. Responses were delayed and partial. Into our stay we were told both that a handy man and a pool technician would visit the property to help resolve issues, however neither came. We are not ones to ask more than a few times. We made the best of how things were provided.

Girls Trip was amazing!

Hattie’s Hideaway was perfect for my bachelorette trip. It was clean, organized, and not a far walk from the beach. It was also affordable to heat the pool over the weekend:) I would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends!

Family Trip

We had an amazing time at this house. The house is beautiful and in a fabulous location. Easy walk to the beach and the golf cart and bikes were an extra plus. We had everything we needed for our trips to the beach. We were 6 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space. The heated pool was amazing when not at the beach. The beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE...and the decor was bright and beautiful.. Perfect time on 30-A.. Thank you Pinkie!!

Top to bottom, absolutely wonderful property! Great convenient location to beach access and has everything you need to help you get there with ease! Perfect size pool all to yourself as well! We will definitely be back!
