Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: "The Place to Be" in WaterColor is a beautiful 2-story home that sleeps 10 and has deep porches set amongst oaks in the popular Camp District. This 4-bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom cottage includes a 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and a ping pong table; and is close to pools, nature trails, and the recently expanded WaterColor Beach Club.

A shaded front porch with a bed swing and 2 Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to this inviting home. Inside, a light and bright living room with wood floors, shiplap walls, slip-covered sofas and chairs, and a flat-screen TV provide a relaxed space to visit with family and friends. An open-concept kitchen with premium stainless-steel appliances and a gas range overlooks a dining table with seating for 8. A guest bedroom is accessed from the dining area and has a king bed with a shared bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom also has double-glass doors that open onto a screened porch accessible from the kitchen. This huge screened porch has a second dining table with seating for 7 plus a sectional outdoor sofa and a flat-screen TV! It's a perfect spot for everyone to gather after a full day spent at the beach.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom has a king bed with a bench, cushioned chairs, flat-screen TV, and double-glass doors that open onto a porch with 2 chaise loungers. The room's private bathroom has double sinks and a glass-enclosure shower. An adorable guest bunk bedroom decorated in navy and white has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Double-glass doors open onto a porch with 4 Adirondack chairs, a low table, and a gaming area with a foosball table and full-size ping pong table! Finally, a guest bedroom with a soothing pastel blue color palette has a king bed, double-glass doors that also open onto the porch, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo that it shares with the guest bunk bedroom.

Explore all that WaterColor, Seaside, and Grayton Beach have to offer on 4 included adult bikes. Use the included 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle for grocery runs at the nearby Publix grocery store. With its convenient location and the amenities of WaterColor, The Place to Be will book quickly.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
