The property was clean & well stocked which we greatly appreciated. The guest that stayed in the two full (supposedly queen) beds found them to be “uncomfortable” - this resulted in both couples not sleeping well throughout the week. The king bed was very comfortable. The location was great, walkable to several restaurants & ice cream shop which was great is there were often times that traffic was quite heavy. So we love the idea of being able to walk to several places for dinner. Thank you for a great stay!

61 Cassine Garden Circle - Santa Rosa Beach

Our family's stay at this property was everything we could expect. The location was close to the beach with easy access. The house itself was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. We will definitely plan to book this property again when we return.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at this house. It is close to the beach and pool. One of the best equipped kitchens we’ve ever had on vacation. The beds were comfy, everything is super updated and the common areas are great. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home and Location

This house is perfect for your 30A vacation. It is located just a simple easy walk to the beach and central to anything on 30A. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The home is spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Family vacation

This property was just as listed. Extremely clean and beautiful. We have been coming to Seagrove for about 13 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed!!! Can't wait to come back.

We loved the floor plan of this house. It was very comfortable and clean. Great screened porch on back in quiet neighborhood and still close to the beach. Had a great fall break here!

Amazing week!!

Everything about the property was excellent! Super clean and well stocked kitchen. Beach toys - supplies were perfect. Cannot ask for a better house to stay in. Short cut to the public beach was wonderful. Deer Lake State Park was amazing.

Family vacation 2024

We had a wonderful week at Cassine Village. The house is perfect for us. I would highly recommend this house and area. We’ve stayed here several times and plan to come back! The host is very responsive, it’s a very short walk to the beach and shopping! We loved walking to ice cream shop with kids! Very family friendly area!

the best 40th bday trip!

What a JOY to stay at the Blue Fish Cottage! The house was wonderful- clean, comfortable, and as described on the listing. Theres a cutthrough across the street that makes the walk to the beach so easy. King and the property managment company were SO responsive when we had questions and needed anything. We love being so close to some of our favorites- takeout shrimp from Goatfeathers, ice cream just down the street, and obviously- hours in the sunshine at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach House!

We (2 adults, 6 year old, 3 year old, and 8 month old) had an amazing time at the Blue Fish Cottage! A really wonderful location close to shops and food, and a very short walk to the beach! We will be back!!

Loved every beautiful detail of this home! Precious memories were made while enjoying this well appointed home. Location was great too!! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach! King and his management team were a treat to work with! Will definitely go back!!!

Spacious and accommodating

The house was plenty spacious enough for our family and had enough space for children to play on the back porch. Love that it was located across from a cut through path to go to the front pool and could walk to the beach in 7 min. The owner/management company were extremely responsive and directions were clear. Doors were a little tricky to figure out how to lock.

Perfect Place for a Perfect Vacation

We could not have picked a more perfect location. The cottage was precious. It was so easy getting to and from the beach with the bikes we rented. If we had a question, management answered our questions immediately. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood

We loved our stay at Blue Fish for the second year in a row! Short walk to the beach! The house is a short bike ride from the square but just far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when you need it! Our teenage boys had a great time! Thank you! See ya next year!

Perfect house and location!

We will be back! Our family has been to Seaside/30A many times and this house/location to the beach was the best. We absolutely loved the layout of this house as we were traveling with college aged girls, the proximity to the beach entrance was ideal and a bonus was the nearby state forest trail system (great for runners). Seaside was a short bike ride away but we also enjoyed walking to pizza, Mexican food, an ice cream parlor, boutique, etc. We are a family with four girls who can be somewhat high maintenance when it comes to accommodations and this property exceeded expectations!
