The first floor of this luxurious three-story home features an entertainment area complete with a pool table and a wet bar seating up to five people. From the game room, guests can walk out onto the pool deck where there's plenty of seating, two al fresco dining tables each seating four, an outdoor kitchen, elevated entertainment area, and a large private pool complete with a spill-over hot tub. The backyard is the perfect place to entertain whether you're hosting an event or simply having a family barbecue. In addition, the first floor also features two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a king. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

To get to the second floor, guests can either take the stairs or their own private in-home elevator up to the main living space. The second floor boasts spectacular gulf views, lake views, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining area, and spacious living room. In addition, the second floor also features two gigantic balconies, one of them with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Between the gigantic kitchen featuring a massive texturized quartz island seating six, the two formal dining tables each seating eight, Dune It Up is the perfect place to host a big family event since there's plenty of dining space. The dining area and kitchen also both overlook the pool and Gulf of Mexico and lead out to the balcony. Furthermore, Dune It Up also includes an open and airy living room that also boasts gulf views. The living room even features two sleeper sofas and also has balcony access.

In addition to the kitchen, dining area, and living room, Dune It Up also has two guest bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom features a king bed, twin/twin bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom also features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs.

The third floor hosts the remaining sleeping accommodations for guests in the media room, bunk nook, and four additional bedrooms. There are also two more balconies on the third floor. The media room has sleeper sofas and a flatscreen TV. Down the hall, the bunk nook accommodates four more guests in two sets of twin/twin bunk beds, each bed with its own flatscreen TV. The remaining four bedrooms all have king beds, flatscreen TVs, gulf views, and ensuite bathrooms. Two of the ensuite bathrooms even have stand-alone bathtubs in addition to walk-in showers!
