The heated 30x15 pool is surrounded by plush loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a five-burner natural gas grill, a custom-built cabana, and plenty of space to dine, unwind, and soak up the salty Gulf breezes. There’s seating for everyone, whether you're hosting a family-style dinner under the stars or sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises.

Inside, the home is spacious and beautifully styled, with high-end finishes and cozy touches throughout. On the first floor, you'll step into one of four comfortable living areas, complete with a granite-topped kitchenette and flat-screen TV. This level features a luxurious king suite with a private bath, a custom queen-over-queen bunk room with dual TVs, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk—plus a full hallway bath and a laundry area for your convenience.

Up on the second floor, you're greeted with panoramic Gulf views from the wraparound deck and screened-in porch. The gourmet kitchen is a dream, fully equipped with granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine cooler, two dishwashers, and everything else you need to whip up beachside feasts.
