Amazing house, clean, host was very responsive. Very quick walk to the pool and short golf cart ride to the beach. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Everything was perfect

Our family vacation was so great thanks to Jorgen and Jeanene's thoughtfulness and hospitality. The house had everything our group of 8 needed, everyone had plenty of space, and everyone was so impressed with the great neighborhood and cleanliness of the house. Getting to and from the beach is easy thanks to the golf cart. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Christmas 2023!

We rented this place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary and Christmas with our son and his family that live in Santa Rosa Beach. We were only there three nights but were pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised to see the place beautifully decorated for Christmas with tree and stockings. The owners reached out to be sure we had everything. It was a beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable place and we both agreed one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Would love to stay there a whole season (or longer)!

NO REGRETS!!

There’s much we can say about this home, but I’ll keep it short! Our stay was exceptional! There was nothing that we didn’t have. Beach gear, towels, dishes, pots and pans! It was like we were at home! Beds we’re comfortable and the whole place was extremely clean!! Amazing decor as well. We will definitely choose this home the next time we’re in Santa Rosa! Thank you for allowing us to stay!😊

Spectacular Home

From the moment we walked into this home we felt welcomed and as if we were at home. Super clean and organized home. Easy to follow instructions. Beach very close, coffee shops and restaurant’s nearby. Convenient location. Homeowners attentive. Hope to come back soon. 😊

This is our 30A home away from home

This was our second stay in the Hygge House and we love it. It is perfect for our family, living area is nice and spacious. Bedrooms are roomy and plenty of space for our crew. We love the extra touches from the home owners. The golf cart is great for getting to the beach, they have beach chairs and toys in the garage for use which is always handy. The kitchen is stocked well for cooking a meal if you want to eat in. We love the neighborhood, nice and quiet, the pool is located close to the home and there are plenty of restaurants and shops located near by.

The best house and host!

I couldn’t say enough about how easy and pleasant the owners of this house were. From the beginning to end, they were so thoughtful, so kind and so easy to work with. We booked this place for my best friends bachelorette and it was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed, easy access to the pool and super close to the beach. I even was in contact with the owners and they let me ship the box of decorations I got so I didn’t have to worry about flying with them. They checked on us while we were there, dropped off a cute little treat also. The neighborhood was very well kept and quiet. I would recommend this house to any and everyone. Such a great trip!

Hygge House excellent

We thoroughly loved the Hygge House! We came with our whole family of 13 and it was perfect for us. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds. They had their own bed but were still able to be together. The parents loved it because they were right outside their rooms and on the same floor. The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances and cookware. The golf cart was an added bonus and made it fun and easy to get to the beach. The pool and hot tub was close and super nice. We highly recommend this house - it’s beautiful, comfortable and convenient. The owners were available and helpful for anything we needed.

Exceptional experience

This home was amazing. The owner thought about every single detail that a guest could possibly need. The response time and hospitality from the owners was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a seemless vacation.

Wonderful Accommodations

We had a great week! Very comfortable beds. We had 3 adult couples and each couple had their own private bathroom attached to the bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked and included extra items such as an electric griddle and crock pot. The owners are very organized and communicated very well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend the house or any of the other properties the owners have.

Wonderful Vacation Property

The house is beautiful and spacious. In a great neighborhood just off scenic Route 30A. The facility provided the perfect location for 3 adult couples to reconnect and spend quality time. The three bedroom upstairs each have their own bathroom attached. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We had a lot of fun driving the complimentary golf cart down to the beaches and to the pool area. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well. Having a washer and dryer allowed us to pack lighter. We had a great week and would highly recommend the house. Jorgen and Jeanine were excellent hosts. Communicated well and asked if we needed anything several time. They even left us a sweet treat for our trip home 💕. I hope to have the opportunity to return to the area and rent again with Jorgen and Jeanine.

Great house

We loved the house, it was perfect for our group size of 14. Very roomy and spacious. Well furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the golf cart and bicycles made the stay there very enjoyable. Jorgen and Jeanene, the house managers, were very mindful and helpful if we needed anything and made us feel welcome. Would stay again! ❤️

Best VRBO rental ever!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa Beach. The owners were extremely helpful and always responded to any queries promptly. The home was immaculate. I have stayed in lots of condos and private residences for my Florida vacations, but their rental has been by far the best as far as decor, cleanliness, and organization. Great spring break

We arrived to a large , gorgeous as advertised vacation house in a good location. The owners/ property managers contacted us prior to arrival to see if we needed anything. There were 13 in our party 1/2 adults 1/2 teenagers. So we basically had a head in every pillow. Built in bunk beds we comfortable according to those who slept in them. Everything seemed brand new , I think we might have been the first to use this place. We really enjoyed the long farm style dining room table . Beach access is as advertised. Overall good experience

Great New Home In A Very Nice And Convenient Neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed one of our best weeks at the beach ever in this great new home in the Highland Parks neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach. Since the property came with a golf cart, our vehicles were barely used all week. Our beach access was just a short cart ride down 30A. We enjoyed cart rides to tons of local spots for delicious food and treats including The Red Bar, Local Catch, The Perfect Pig, Red Fish Taco, Charlie's Donuts, and Pecan Jacks just to name a few. This lovely and thoughtfully decorated new two story home features all you'd ever want and need. It has several bedrooms each with beds so comfortable, we enjoyed the best rest we've ever gotten. There were more than enough large smart TVs for our entertainment, a bunk area for six, a huge living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen both with a great view, plenty of bathrooms, a garage, and a front porch seating area perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood features a pool area with a huge lagoon style pool, a covered kitchen and seating area with TVs, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a lookout tower. The property's management team was terrific to work with and our family not only would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, we look forward to returning to it ourselves very soon!
