Marvelous house to experience a great family vacation at the beach!! Very nice accommodations and plenty of room for our tribe of 7, including 3 kiddos. Great location to beach with pristine sand and crystal clear and aquamarine water, as well as to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet with a pool that was very nice. The house was outfitted with everything we needed and plenty of dishes and cookware and Michelle gave great detailed information for an extremely enjoyable stay! Our first visit to the panhandle but we would definitely return here. Thank you so much for a great stay, Michelle!

Clean and tidy rental only a few min walk from the beach

The layout of the property is ideal for larger families or friend groups vacationing together. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals, and ample pantry space for storage. Home comes with a decent set of cookware for use by guests. 4 bedroom arrangement is spacious and includes a bunk room for kids. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. There is a communal pool close by for relaxing and socializing. My only complaint is the lack of an outdoor shower for removing sand, but we made due with the garden hose provided by the owner. Otherwise, we had a lovely time. Easily the best floorplan for families of any beach house we've rented. Overall an excellent property and a good value.

Beautiful house

Clean and beautiful home, nice neighborhood. Pool is super close and beach within easy walking distance or short golf cart ride. The only negative is the county recently passed an ordinance that allows you to only set up on the small public beach area unless you rent a house with private beach access which this one doesn’t have.

A Perfect Getaway

My blended family had the absolute best time here. The location is perfect. It was a very short walk to rent a golf cart. We absolutely loved the community pool, which was never crowded. And the walk to the beach was easy. We ordered basic groceries for the week from Publix and dined out at 2 of the restaurants suggested by Michelle. The grill worked perfectly for the meals we prepared at the house. The home was very, very clean upon arrival. We met Tina, the owner of the cleaning service, as we were leaving at 10:15. She was super kind and patient as we double checked under beds and in closets before departing. Everything was as described. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful space

This was a beautiful home and a great location. It was a very easy walk to the beach and we were also pleasantly surprised to find a trail that was really cool and super nearby. Bonus. It was about an eight minute drive to Publix which I appreciated for last-minute grocery store trips.

Hidden gem in Santa Rosa💗

We were able to book this house only a few weeks before arrival. We were very pleased with all aspects of the house! The location was excellent, and we loved the quaint little neighborhood! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time in Santa Rosa!

Family Affair

Loved the space. Allowed all to congregate in one area. Kitchen was fully equipped. Just a few things noticed. The grill was not usable, blonde hairs found through the home and one neighbor dogs were not on a leash. Other that we enjoyed our stay. The house is located close to the beach and the area with conviences.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We specifically picked the property for the bunk room for the kids that were with us. Unfortunately, the bunk room was setup differently when we arrived with them separated on each side of the room and the trundle needed to be pulled out between them which made the room and space hard to maneuver as it put all 3 beds along the same wall. Overall, the rest of the house was great and the location was in close proximity to the beach and we enjoyed our stay.
