    The Space:

    The Watercolor vacation home offers a spacious floor plan features a large double living room for relaxing and enjoying your family at Mykonos on the Gulf. The full kitchen features custom finishes, stainless steel appliances, and large dining area for everyone to enjoy a family meal together that includes a dining table that seats 8 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen counter. You may find yourself in one of 3 screened in porches with a good book. The first floor also features a large master suite with king bed and private bathroom.



    Being very well-designed with all bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms and an open floor concept with quality workmanship, throughout. Featuring 3 master suites with king beds, a 4th bedroom that can sleep 6 (queen bed, a full size bunk bed and 2 twin bunk beds), as well as a bonus room with 2 queen bunk beds. It has quartz countertops, beautiful wide-plank hardwood flooring, nickel gap tongue and groove walls, large screened porches facing a quiet nature preserve, ample storage spaces, and surround sound. Located in Phase 3, this home is steps to the famous Frog pool, and the pedestrian bridge leading to the Town center and the beach are only a half mile away. Enjoy the complimentary bikes to get around Watercolor!





    House Rules

    **The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**

    **No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

    **30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





    **Golf cart is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced, a backup golf cart will not be provided. Guest will receive a refund for days golf cart is inoperable. **



    Mykonos on the Gulf is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to the front door, wide entrance shower and master bedroom on the first floor. Please inquire for more information.



    Watercolor Resort is a family-friendly, 500 acre coastal resort, tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and a coastal dune lake framed by a long leaf pine forest. Throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds, trails wind through stunning parks, green spaces, several pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, boutiques, restaurants, and a private beach located along Scenic 30A. Watercolor boasts five miles of biking and walking trails around the community, including Western lake, play grounds, climbing structures, basketball court; the boathouse sits on Western Lake and has a park and offers fitness classes as well as paddle boards, kayak’s & canoe rentals.

Amazing home

The home is large, open, well decorated and extremely well built, with heavy doors and high end windows. The bathrooms are huge and, of course, Watercolors is idyllic. Really wonderful place, perfect to relax and enjoy being away from it all with familly. Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners for sharing such a special place.

Beautiful Spacious House

This house was perfect for our family and the bonus tweens that would sleep over. Lots of room for everyone, the bathrooms were insanely large, and the porches were great. The house itself is tucked away in a central location to everything, and the gilf cart was super handy to have. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much.

Nice Home

Home is very nice. Clean, well maintained, good location, great floorplan, great amenities at Watercolor. Could use a 6 person golf-cart for a home this size and more bikes (5 bikes available for our stay).

Badly stained dining chairs and the bare minimum of furnishings for a Watercolor home. We have stayed at many and this one is on the low end in terms of overall comfort

Huge waste of money! Dirty and worn out house!

Watercolor is an amazing community, we’ve vacationed here for over 10 years and this is hands down the worst house we’ve rented!!!! I’ll walk you through it-the garage is very messy, railing on porch is falling apart, back entry was littered with prior guest’s trash and sand. As you walk in: the house smells stale, couch is so soiled no one wanted to sit on it, all seating is worn out and stained. Vent hood above the stove is dripping water, above cabinet is covered in mold. King bed downstairs feels like a couch bed-super uncomfortable, and we had to wash the sheets due to odor. Pillows throughout the house were soiled and stained, noted because I was washing sheets and pillow cases on vacation-and I mean gross. Hair on some of the beds too! Upstairs suspended bunk was coming off the wall and it took begging to have management repair so we’d have enough beds for guests. Mini empty liquor bottles and trash found under bunk mattresses. Bikes were also rented from 30A Vacay and they were trash. Seat, handlebar, and petal fell off while biking. We had family renting within walking distance for the same price (or less) and their homes were amazing-this house was a huge waste of money!!!
Yellow, soiled pillow-this was on all beds too. Fresh pillows from Walmart are affordable!

Two families of 6 plus a sitter

13 of us piled in this house Sun through Sat. Golf cart and bikes worked - heavily relied on these for transportation. Beach club & camp access is wonderful. Clean property spacious!! Loved porches. A few items it seems like most rentals have weren’t available such as salt & pepper - no big deal though.

the property in the picture is actually two properties. the upstairs over the garage is rented as a separate property. the property was was well cared for and a very nice place for a family vacation.

No Golf Cart

We decided to stay here because it had a golf cart included. There was no golf cart when we arrived. They didn’t let me know. I had to call them. They said I would get it on Sunday. Sunday no golf cart. We called back they said it would be Monday. Monday no golf cart. I had to contact them again. We finally got the golf cart on Wednesday with a leaking tire. We drove it on Thursday and the tire went flat. We used the golf cart for one hour the entire week. We enjoyed the houses but were counting on transportation to get to the pools. We were lied to.

Nice and Large for our big family!

This house was a perfect size and design for our large family of 16! I would say that we would rent this house again, but a few things soured our feelings. Prior to the trip, I messaged and voiced a concern that reviews mentioned golf cart issues. I was adamant that we definitely could not chance a broken golf cart, as we have 8 children and babies…. I was assured we would have a working golf cart. On day 3, we had a busted tire… a mile away from the house. The cart had to be towed and we were treated as if we had damaged the tire…. And we were not given a replacement ! We were told that it was “in the warehouse”…. NO effort was made to communicate with us… Seriously, how long does it take to replace a tire? The only response to our text messages asking about the golf cart was that “the tire had a large split and was left on the side of the road”. Were we expected to push it home? If I were the owner, I would have hoped Guest Relations would have said they were sorry, and given us some timeline for the repair! We were given a towel for each person… 1 towel for a week…. And seriously…. I believe that with a house that we paid nearly $10,000 for a week, an extra roll of toilet paper could be thrown in! I did not give a 5 star rating for the cleanliness of the house because we found a grocery container of danish , in the cabinet, that had expired 3 months before we came!! So… good house…..and issues that should be addressed.

Weekend getaway!

Beautiful home, very clean. Check out time way too early, but did groan extra hour. Need to have more toilet paper in each bathroom.

Wife birthday trip we Great! The kids loved hiking the trails and riding the bikes all around!

House was perfect! There aint many things better than a nap on a screened in porch! We will be back again!

The house and location was absolutely amazing!

Loved the house! We had coffee in the morning on the screened-in porch, breakfast in the beautifully stocked kitchen, conversations in the living area, slept in an amazingly comfortable bed, and it was so well kept. We spent the afternoons biking or using the golf cart to the beach, local shops and eating establishments at the local square. We also took a dip in the heated pool down the street. Night life included local wine bars, an Irish pub, and jazz bar all within a short uber ride away. It is also a short distance from an amazing state park and 30 minutes from Panama City! I highly reccomend this rental for your next trip!

Luxurious , fun, and practical

We stayed for a long weekend in December. The home, the furnishings, the bedrooms, and baths were all luxurious. The three master suites reminded me of a posh five-star hotel. The multiple screened porches were great for a quiet morning or an evening of fun and games. The house had enough room for multiple families to enjoy. This house is very close to the restaurants and shops in Seaside and Watercolor as well as multiple pools. Even though there was a golf cart available, our group seemed to enjoy the freedom of the bikes more than anything. We will definitely return again!!

Amazing Vacay!

The house was amazing! It was very well-maintained and very clean. The layout was perfect, with double living rooms and a screened-in porch. The private bathrooms with the master suites were amazing as well. The kitchen was perfect and full of amenities. There were four bikes that we used. The entire area is beautifully landscaped and the trails made it easy to get to the tennis courts, pools, and beach. The food trucks by the amphitheater all had delicious food! There are also many restaurants and boutiques by the amphitheater too (all a very close bike ride!). Great customer service, and I would recommend this house to anyone!

luxurious relaxation

This home is amazing! The multiple master suites allowed for privacy and convenience for everyone in our group. The residence is clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked for all of your needs (blankets, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, etc). Additionally, the home has a built in sound system to allow you to listen to music while relaxing on the large screened-in porches. The residence is a short bike ride or walk through serene paths to a variety of tasty restaurants and the beach, which was absolutely stunning with gorgeous white sand. Four bikes were included with the rental, which was very convenient. There are also tennis courts and pools to enjoy! This is a great option for a romantic getaway, a trip with friends, or a family retreat. We can’t wait to return and enjoy this home and the surrounding area!

Amazing Escape

We spent a long weekend away in this beautiful home and loved every minute of it. The screened porches were perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or listening to music and sipping wine. Loved the large shower in our room. This home was a short bike ride away from several restaurants and shops. A couple of Our favorites were Southern Social (5 minute bike ride) and The Wine Bar (5 minute bike ride). Will definitely visit again.
