Grayton Pointe is an incredible, luxurious home located on Defuniak Street in Grayton Beach that was built in 2018! Consisting of both a main house (2,829 interior sf, 562 sf covered poolside porch) and a carriage house (963 interior sf), Grayton Pointe will sleep a total of 8 guests and offers a 15’ x 30’ private heated pool (heating fee applies) and a 7-minute stroll to the beach and “downtown” Grayton. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Please NOTE: Garage is not accessible to guests; poolside fireplace decorative only (not for guest use).

Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, which has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) infamous Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Grayton Pointe – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

Carriage House Second Level: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, granite bistro dining for 2, kitchenette with Quartz countertops, stainless appliances, fridge with ice maker, built-in microwave (no oven).

*Please NOTE - Pool heating fee is $60 per night + tax. If you wish to add pool heating to your stay, please do so no later than one week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
