"Loved the location of this place. About a 15-20 minute walk to downtown, or a maybe 5 minute drive. The entire place was super clean, even while being under construction. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were fairly spacious. Plenty of sitting areas around the hotel, including a tv and games in the main lobby. Breakfast had tons of options for everyone. Parking was easy (and free). There was a nice restaurant next door also that offered room service! "

"Budget Inn was perfectly located, plenty of convenient stores and fast food or restaurants to consider, walking distance to parks and other shopping, the owner was amazing and very hospitable and checked in on us a couple of times each day, I’m a business owner and that kind of hospitality goes a long way, we will definitely be staying again within the next week or two "

"Loved staying here! And they deliver freshly brewed coffee and pastries right to your door every morning. Such a charming boutique hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This stay was such a fine. Go!! It was precious. The decor was so sweet. All newly renovated. Clean. Lots of places to sit and have a drink or work or eat breakfast. Breakfast……it was delicious! You order from a menu and it’s included in the price of your room. Delicious coffee. I can’t say enough about this place! The stuff was top shelf!!!"

"The hotel was really clean and easy to reach off the freeway. The remodel really refreshed the room. Parking was really easy and accessible. Only issue was the bed springs. Each time I got up or lie down, the springs made noises. The remodeled bathroom was really good with a good size bathtub and nice fixtures. "

"Stayed one night whilst travelling from Carmel to Santa Barbara. Hotel is just off the 101. Guy at reception was very welcoming and upgraded our room free of charge which was a nice surprise. Check in was very quick and simple. Room was huge. Very clean. Had a large T.V, iron and ironing board, fridge and a microwave. Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the centre of town where there are lots of shops, bars and resturants. There is a Dennys next door to the hotel and a Mcdonalds across the road. King...
