  • Modern and luxurious villa with large garden and swimming pool, near the beach in very quiet residential area and very close to the center of the village.

    The House has 400 m2 of Mediterranean garden, swimming pool and outdoor shower, BBQ, WiFi, heating and air conditioning.

    The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room, double covered terrace front and back, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. On the floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, and spacious terraces on both sides. In the front there is a natural source with fish, and in the back area, which is a more reserved area, is the pool and barbecue all surrounded by garden. Decorated with antique and colonial furniture. Bioclimatic House with heating and solar hot water.

    Recommended for families and athletes. Villa located in a very quiet and cosy area, integrated in the landscape, surrounded by a garden with native plants of the Mediterranean forest and a small lake with fish. It's like living in the countryside but in an urban environment with access to multiple services, restaurants, shops,... Medical Center and playground at less than 200 meters.

    Son Bauló is a neighborhood of Can Picafort suitable for hiking, Nordic walking, horseback riding, biking, fishing, diving, sailing and is close to a magnificent natural park "S'Albufera" birding, like the mouth of Son Bauló torrent. Prehistoric sites such as the Necropolis of the Phoenicians more than 3,000 years old or visiting the public estate of Son Real. This will make your holiday an idyllic and unforgettable experience.

    Son Bauló is a nice and quiet urbanisation within Can Picafort, with a great atmosphere during the summer season. Then, if you are looking for a place by the beach which is full of life, this is it. The beach is only 300 metres away, so it is perfect to enjoy a day in the sun and the sand and you can end the day enjoying a refreshing drink in front of the sea. Can Picafort, only 1 km away, offers even more services and beaches of crystalline waters.

    Personal welcome is given to the clients with presentation of the house and recommendations of the area. We will be available to customers for any questions during the stay. Weekly linen change and general cleaning, also the maintenance of the garden and pool.

    Eco-tax Tax will be calculated according to reservation and it is paid in cash the arrival day. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

    The house has an accommodation capacity of 8 or 9 people. it includes chair and cot for babies. Extra bed on request.

Schöne Villa in schöner Gegend

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Villa ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, besonders das Vorhandensein von drei Bädern entspannen den Aufenthalt erheblich bei Vollbelegung. Miquel ist ein netter und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er verstand unsere Sorge mit kleinen Kindern am Pool und half uns, diesen abzusichern. So konnten wir einen entspannten Urlaub genießen und die Kinder hatten im Pool auch sehr viel Spaß (auch dank der extra bereitgestellten Spielsachen - danke nochmal dafür, Miquel!). Auch die zwei Schildkröten, die im Garten wohnen, und der Fischteich waren ein Highlight für die Kids. Die Villa liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend mit einem sehr großen schattigen Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Strand von Son Baulo ist man zu Fuß in ca.10 Minuten. Dieser ist wesentlich weniger überfüllt als der (auch nicht weit entfernte) von Can Picafort und auch sehr gut geeignet mit Kindern. Es gibt außerdem eine Bar und Toilette, man kann sich Liegen mieten oder neben den Dünen des Parc natural de Llevant (in den sich auch eine Wanderung lohnt) eine Decke ausbreiten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen!

A lovely week in a great location

The house was exactly what we needed for a family holiday. It’s in a quiet residential area about fifteen minutes from the nearest beach, fifteen minutes from a large Lidl, ten minutes from the bus stop (routes to several destinations including Palma and Alcúdia) and five minutes from a sheltered children’s play park. There is a good selection of restaurants along the seafront. The house has four good sized bedrooms, a large comfortable living room, decent kitchen, large covered terrace with a large table and a garden with a pool, six sun beds and a barbecue - complete with charcoal, fire lighters and matches. The garden backs on to a field so you’re not overlooked. The large fridge-freezer was generously stocked with useful items such as milk, bread, beer, water, soft drinks and watermelon. There was also a huge bowl of fruit. Miquel our host was very friendly and helpful and was easy to contact if we needed him. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom and this took a few days to resolve. The jacuzzi bath wasn’t working at all and wasn’t fixed during our stay. This was disappointing. Overall though, this was a great place to stay and we had a lovely family holiday.

Ruhig gelegene, gemütliche Finca

Wir haben uns für 7 Personen diese Finca für 1 Woche gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (Kamin, Pool, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen, Fön, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, usw.). Zur Begrüßung gab es einen großen Obstkorb. Auch Grillkohle, Bier, andere Getränke und etwas Brot und Käse stand zum kostenfreien Konsum bereit. Durch die vielen Holzschränke und Balken wirkte die Finca sehr rustikal und gemütlich. Lage war gut, da ruhig gelegen, Strand fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, Lidl mit dem Auto etwa 2 min entfernt. Miguel ist sehr aufmerksam und gut erreichbar. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, und er kümmerte sich gleich am nächsten Tag darum. Badtüren schließen recht geräuschintensiv und eine Badtür konnten wir nicht abschließen. Betten von 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer ggf. zu schmal für 2 Kumpels, für Pärchen okay. Das 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer hatte ein sehr breites Bett bzw. 2 Einzelbetten. Schöner gepflegter und begrünter Garten, gemütliche Liegen und Betten. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Finca mit toller Strandnähe

Die Finca von Miquel ist sauber, groß und wunderschön. Miquel selbst ist sehr herzlich und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in der Finca und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Schöne strandnahe Villa

Wir haben die Finca für sechs Leute gemietet. Miquel hat uns in Empfang genommen und mit einem ortstypischen Kuchen begrüßt. Die Finca liegt fußläufig (5 bis 8 Minuten, je nach Schrittgeschwindigkeit) zum südöstlichen Strand in einer ruhigen und kaum befahrenen Ecke der Stadt. Alle Badezimmer waren sauber und gut nutzbar. Die Küche ist geräumig, ausgestattet mit allen Geräten des täglichen Gebrauchs und wurde uns ebenfalls in einem sauberen und sofort nutzbaren Zustand übergeben. Die Zimmer waren gereinigt, die Betten bezogen. Der Garten ist ein weiterer Bonus, den die Villa bietet. Viel Platz für sechs Personen, ein Pool, ein Fischteich und drei (vielleicht auch mehr) Schildkröten, die über die Anlage flanieren. Die Terrassen (vorne und hinten) sind sauber, groß und gut für die Mahlzeiten nutzbar. Zudem steht im Garten ein Grillofen, für den Kohle und Anzünder bereitgelegt wurden. WiFi ist verfügbar, jedoch bei voller Auslastung recht träge. Bei Fragen ist Miquel erreichbar und für den Fall der Fälle, dass man sich sprachlich nicht versteht, hilft der nette (vielsprachrige) Nachbar aus. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Verhältnis von Preis/Leistung sehr zufrieden und könnten uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt gut vorstellen.

enchantés de notre séjour.

Chouette séjour dans cette villa très agréable à vivre, où chacun trouve sa place sans souci. La maison et la alentours sont très propres! L'accueil de Miguel le propriétaire est très chaleureux, il est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Nous reviendrons très certainement!

FLOTT VILLA I ROLIG STRØK NÆR STRANDEN

Ankom til en velholdt, ren og flott villa. Hvor utleieren hadde ordnet litt mat, drikke og nydelig fruktfat til oss. Alle bad fremstod pene og rene med tilhørende håndkler på alle bada. Var nydelige oppsatser/krukker også. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne :-) Deilige senger å sove i, og aircondition på alle rom. Villaen ligger i et boligområde som bærer preg av fastboende og et rolig strøk. Vi prøvde oss frem med musikk og lek litt utover kveldene, uten at dette påvirket naboene, da vi sjekket dette senere. ++ i boka På tomten til villaen bor det 3 skilpadder, og fisk som vi ble spurt om vi kunne se til :-) et kjempe kos innslag i ferien ++ i boka hovedverandaen ligger på pool siden og får kveldssola, skjermet fra trafikk også. Annonsebeskrivelsen stemmer godt overens med annonsen. Er kort vei til strand, butikker og restauranter. ( 300 - 500m ) Men vil likevel anbefale å leie bil/motorsykkel. Da Son Baulo er litt mindre område. Og hvis du vill på en annen strand/sted så trengs det skyss. Stranden er kjempe bra, med egen liten bar for drikke og snæcks. Restauranter ligger langs promenaden. Gokart banen som ligger mindre enn 10 min kjøring fra huset anbefales. Er også ikke mindre enn 10 km til Alcudia med sitt yrende liv. Can Picafort bør også besøkes med sin lange gågate :-) Hadde et fantastisk opphold på Villa Son Baulo, og kan varmt anbefale dette til venner og andre ++++ I prisen er også sluttvask/rydd med :-) Minus i boka må være et veeeeldig tregt WIFI, og aircondition som ikke virket optimalt i 2 etg. Men dette ble notert. Huseierne er det bare å ringe på mobil, eller kontakte de hyggelige naboene. Hilsen Maja & Raya

Très belle villa en bord de mer

Magnifique villa, propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût et bien située (proximité des plages de Son Baulo et Can Picafort, et des commerces). Nous avons cependant été dérangés tant moralement que par l'odeur désagréable émanant du jardin des voisins, qui ont laissé leur pauvre chien attaché pendant toute la durée du séjour (10 jours), dormant dans ses urines et excréments. Nous recommanderions cette maison si le propriétaire de ce chien ne le maltraitait pas ainsi.
