The property is located in Can Picafort is a coastal town of Mallorca, Baleares, which belongs to the municipality of Santa Margalida. It is located in the Bay of Alcudia about 10 kilometers from Santa Margarita, northeast of the city of Palma de Mallorca, on the north coast of the island.
Its location is in second line of sea, a few meters from the beach, in a privileged area of the municipality. It is a very quiet and easily accessible area.
The house consists of a front terrace, closed so that your children can play quietly and adults can enjoy our sun or their pleasant evenings. When you enter the house you find a large hall, with a door that gives access to a double bedroom, with a double bed. Then there is a space for the dining room, with extendable table for 6 guests, next door there is an access to the second bedroom, also double with a double bed. Next we find the living room with a sofabama, television, shelves with furniture and leisure (books, games ...). In the living room there are two outlets, one leads to the kitchen, with space for two diners, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle .... And the other exit gives way to a back deck where we find the bathroom of the house; The bathroom is complete with a cabinet with washbasin, toilet, bidet and bath, so you can relax after a great day at the beach. On the back terrace there is a water tank NOT drinking. Finally we find a closed area where is the washing machine, iron, stall, ... you can also store your bikes, suitcases ... without any problem.
Additional charge for electricity for air conditioning - heating €10/night.
Near the house you can find several shops such as bakery, butcher, supermarket, laundry ... and leisure area such as bars, restaurants, ice cream, children`s area ... We can also find other services such as rent a cars, post office, SPA, sports area ....
The municipality consists of public transport: Bus, Taxi. There is a tourist train that walks through the town.
Distances and approximate driving time from Can Picafort to: Palma: Airport / port: 61.4 Km. - 51 minutes. Golf Courses: Golf Pollença 19.3 Km. - 28 minutes // Golf Alcanada 15.50 Km. - 25 minutes. Golf Canyamel 32 Km. - 31.6 minutes.
